I met a 77 year old gorgeous lady who works out like crazy. She used to be vegan, now she’s a carnivore. She inspired me so much. I’m 58 and want to be fit like her.

@ I’m not heavy anymore, however this tiny lady had incredible muscles! I met her at the Green Cay nature center trail in Delray. She was stretching her limbs and dancing to her music. She said she’s got into healthy eating and fitness when her kids grew up. She’s only been carnivore for 9 months and loves it.

It's amazing. I tried to get my husband's early onset Alzheimer's Disease (age 55) to reverse. It did slow down, but it's aggressive and now he's end stage. But if people ate this way their entire life, it would most likely never happen.

I don't know what all info you've seen, but the following would be important.
      consuming
      1. high fat. *edit - coconut oil is very high saturated fat and you can find info about people trying it to help with dementia. Of course coconut oil is not an animal food, but it is one of the few plant options that is less harmful for humans.
      2. high cholesterol
      3. detoxing aluminum
      4. getting plenty of B12 (B12 deficiency can mimic dementia), even if supplements are needed (cyanocobalamin is the most common but it is POOR quality)
      5. reducing carbohydrates, fiber (blocks absorption of nutrients and damages intestinal lining), plants (they are all inflammatory in general)
      6. this is not consuming something, but grounding reduces inflammation and encourages healing. Professor Bart Kay has videos on the subject.
      7. consider Cerule products (including Stem Enhance, which results in the body producing/releasing its own stem cells for repair/renewal), Prof Bart Kay also has info on these
There could be other things, but these are what I could think of. Best wishes to you and your husband.

1 year 4 months on, I watched Kerry's first podcasts. 256lbs off all meds for heart, blood pressure, reflux apparently I rarely snore. Retired but due to severe nursing home shortages I went to work casual, was a former trauma emergency room cardiac care nurse. I am 68 and there are a few people in the home younger than me. What these people are fed is wrong, and the number of meds they are given is wrong. Carnivore lifestyle I came across was due to severe depression wanting this life come to its end. Now energy levels crazy, at my highschool weight of 178 to 183 depending on what I eat. Happy. I like helping at the nursing home but now feeling guilty knowing what carnivore can do. I am the only one I know doing carnivore. People who know me can see the huge changes and some thought I was sick. I live with a diabetic gourmet cook retired from his chocolate cake and coffee shop. I know they do not need to be a diabetic. In the early 80's I was an endocrine diabetic nurse, at that time we treated patients with a low carb diet where did all that go... Last night I bought up talking about fat and sugar together was bad, well a big argument and not so nice things being said to me, I thankfully remained somewhat calm ish. So this year and a bit, I am a dirty carnivore but getting better if I stray as my partner makes wonderful stuff, I know it, I didn't think I had IBS, but when I am clean and then brake down, IBS is way bad. So I do less and less straying. And this has caused a bit of tension. I promised to stop talking about food in the house. My depression is a long story but it is gone of course I do have bad days but that is not depression, my weight loss of 80lbs was icing on the steak 🥩 depression is due at age 30 I was told to get my affairs in order, I was told at best I had 3 years, so thankfully doctor's can be wrong. My partner of 30 years passed at 67 I woke up finding him dead, at autopsy he had 3 areas of infarction to his heart. And of course being a trauma nurse i have seen way too much. I say this not for poor you. I say it because carnivore lifestyle has brought me back to wanting to be here.

I found this channel along with Dr. Chafee's channel . I too was nearly 60 over weight, high blood pressure and had not been diagnosed with diabetes. Was taking 20 mg of lisnopril for the BP. All of this i was told was because of the weight and visceral fat in my abdomen. Doc wanted to put me on statens and a weight loss injection! To that i told him i will start the carnivore diet and reverse all of this! My wife and i both jumped in and within a month my weight start dropping, her weight dropped as well. Then the inflammation and swelling in my legs began decreasing. My wife stopped hurting from supposed spinal misalignment.
Our friend started the diet along with us, she reports that she hasnt had afibro myalgia flare up in over two months!❤ i whole heartedly believe that this is the diet we need for us all. Yeah, we celebrated the election with a chicken alfredo pizza! The next day we paid for that. I do not need to describe what happened😂😂😂😂
So far i have lost nearly 40 pounds and am being weaned off the BP meds. All of my blood indicators are way below the alert levels and my wife and i feel great!

Stanley… thanks so much for watching my story and so am SOOO sorry to hear about your lifelong partner’s passing. 67 is way too young to pass away.
I really enjoyed hearing your story and what you’ve been able to achieve through carnivore is nothing short of amazing and highly inspirational.
My only advice would be to try your best to clean up your carnivore diet and stay as strict as possible for optimal health and wellbeing.
Early on I too strayed a bit more than I do now, but I’ve learned that I def feel and look my best when I stay clean carnivore.
Also, when I did stray, the joint pain in my knees and back and my depression and anxiety symptoms came right back in a big way, so I now “walk the straight and narrow”.
    One last thing…
Remember, your personal health and wellbeing is YOUR responsibility and YOUR business. What others think or say should not sway or change you from doing what is right for YOU. I hope that makes sense.
I used to care what others thought or said about my new way of eating, but not now…
I feel (and look) so great and have cured sooo many physical and mental heath issues and conditions that nothing anyone could possibly say to me bothers or impacts me in the slightest. They are wrong and I am right. PERIOD.
Thanks again for watching my story and I hope it inspires others to try carnivore or to keep on doing carnivore in the future. 😊😊😊

That's great but let me explain a few things That's the water the carbs draining out of your body. Typically people will lose between 7 to 10 lb the first week of a low carb diet as their body goes into ketosis. Don't get discouraged next week when you drop two pounds or so or typically about 1% of your body weight. That's all fat. Either way it's still great and it all his stuff coming off your body that shouldn't really be there and will make you look better feel better and slimmer but be on the lookout and don't be discouraged with a number on the scale doesn't continue at the pace. Good luck

Kerry, maybe I ate only meat was later one day than you did. I watched the video ‘ woman ate only meat for 13 years ‘ by Dr. Ken Berry MD on 23 March 2023, and I read the comments in the video. I immediately believed it and decided I would eat meat that night. After 3 weeks I went to the hospital and checked my body. It’s amazing that my fatty liver was gone. My back pain,my fatigue, my apnea, my knee arthritis ,bad sleep quality, my type 2 diabetes ,my greasy skin and hair, totally gone. After 3 months I lost 25 pounds. 🎉

I’ve been doing low carb/ keto for over a year now. There are a lot of RUclips channels to follow that help give you food ideas. One idea for a lot of the food you listed that you can’t have now is to think of having these foods in a bowl with a fork instead of in a shell or crust. All the taco ingredients in a bowl with a fork is delicious and low carb. Same with pizza toppings. Just in a bowl with a fork and no crust.

Was hospitalized because my triglycerides hit 3000. did a plasma theresis to clean my blood. Had an allergic reaction during the process and almost died. One week in and people are noticing a difference already. I'm experiencing huge differences. I'm already sleeping better and I can wake up! I haven't slept through an alarm! I was getting really despondent when putting eye makeup on. I used to think how sad it was to be ‘ageing’ and applying eye liner and shadow was not satisfying anymore due to puffy eyes (and face).. But, wow, not anymore. A steak a day fixed it. No carbs. No sugar. Crazy but true.

Marinigrey… thanks so much for watching my story.
I know EXACTLY how you feel. I was right there with ya 19 mos ago too.
But there is hope. It’s called CARNIVORE.
Just eat lots of meat, seafood and eggs, butter and keep your animal fat high (70-75%) for max healing, weight loss and energy and you’re gonna do great.
I promise you that if you start with just 30 days of clean carnivore, you’re gonna feel so amazing that you’ll want to do another 30 days, and so on….
The hardest part of carnivore is making the decision to actually start doing carnivore. Do your research by watching lots of videos by Dr Berry, Kerry, Dr Chaffee, Dr Shawn Baker, Mitch of “Old Guy Carnivore”, Kelly Hogan of “My Zero Carb Life”, Dr Lisa Wiedeman (Carnivore Doctor) , etc… learn as much as you can about Carnivore and its many benefits,
And you’re gonna find hope and happiness and optimal health and wellbeing in no time. 😊

I too based my decision to do carnivore by reading all the comments of people who have many health problems and seem to do a 180 within a month. Im only on day 46 but have felt like quitting already as, if you are basing your general expectation on what you hear people say on YT it gets discouraging. No one seems to talk about when it is not working

If it’s not working maybe you need to go cleaner… such as the lion diet.
      No coffee or tea.
      No dairy, except for ghee.
Just red meat and sea salt and water.
I also buy a clean gelatinous bone broth concentrate in a jar to make hot drinks. I add butter and salt to the drink also.

I mistakenly thought the little bit of nasal flue no big deal feeling stuff I felt in first couple weeks was the only detox I would actually feel. I actually felt like a butterfly coming out of the cocoon for the first week wondering if I might start my own YT channel. lol, Ive since felt like I should probably commit myself to the physc ward as the emotions have been overwhelming. First the massive tension headaches started, all day every day, bad but doable. Drinking water, electrolytes.....Then the anxiety. yikes. I still dont believe you can get withdrawals that bad from food detoxing.
Doing this WOE to help my mental health and clarity and physical body only to dive head first into the concrete pool of detoxing. I did not think it would cause so much emotional torment. Moody, is not the word I would use. I Did the old rip the bandaid off while focusing on the positive You tube storys and stopped eating carbs and sugar for the first time ever in 61 years. I dont understand why there is such a difference between people. With all due respect, when I read other peoples story's I assumed it was going to be oh so easy as I dont have a bunch of auto immune or other problems? So pumped listening to people like Kerry and others. Just read the Herks Response symptoms and now I see it can get Nasty. Today is a lot better than the last couple weeks so grateful for that. Really appreciate Kerry and all the people doing this as without people to reach out to or listen to it would be harder for sure Thanks

I started carnivore August 1st 5 ruptured disc, arthritis in my back and so bad in my knees I wore braces and quit steroid shots because they lasted 2 days max. After 3 weeks all pain gone! Im down 63 pounds as of this am! Not only is my pain gone Im lifting weights again. Im 51 and feel 30 again! Im trying to get all my friends and family on board using myself as an example. I’ve stayed consistent with 0 slip ups even hosting Birthday parties at my house and cooking for family events but Im staying with the meat only. Im to the point I have no desire to go back to any other foods because of my progress. I watched you and all the carnivore doctors for a solid 3-4 weeks to keep me motivated! I now have a hope that my later years can be enjoyable and pain free! Hopefully I will be down 30-40lbs by summer Im a new man because of all the content available on the Proper Human Diet

Ppl think a complete meal requires 3 different colors and all the food groups. But when you think about it, a cow has eaten everything needed for life and assembled it into its meat and fat. If you dont overcook it, you get all of that. A piece of steak is a complete meal....a cow has used its 4 stomachs to process the nutrients forr you. Plants dont process food for you, they process it for themselves. Plants are made for animals that eat them. Animals have to eat plants before the plant nutrients are more bioavailable to you.

You’re right about that. Humans were designed to eat fatty meat and eggs. That’s our species appropriate diet for the past 1 million+ years. Thanks for watching my story!!😊

I deal with depression and am doing heavy carnivore keto. And didn’t realize that I have been a bit happier last two days!

    • @Papacarnivore15
      @Papacarnivore15 12 дней назад +1

The key to treating your depression, anxiety, ADHD, etc and putting it into remission is to do high fat CLEAN carnivore.
As I mentioned in my interview with Kerry, I keep my fat high at 79-75% on a daily basis by drinking a “fatty coffee” (with lots of grass fed butter and some heavy cream), and I add lots of butter to my steaks, burgers, chicken, pork, etc.
By keeping your fat levels high, it soothes, nourishes, heals and repairs the outer insulation of the neurons in your brain (the myelin sheath).
I highly recommend you buy and read Dr Georgia Ede’s book “Change Your Diet, Change Your Mind” and also Dr Chris Palmer’s book “Brain Energy” which discusses this in more detail.
Good luck with your carnivore journey Alice!😊

I'm 69 .... there were no fat kids.... there were "chubby" kids that were called fat compared to others, though. I was one but was super active, biking, roller skating, swimming all summer....dancing lessons and just plain loved to dance... always outside...summer and winter....but today it's a whole new level...these kids never go out, they just sit and eat, and they are huge compared to "chubby".

Just be patient. Remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day right? It took a long time to gain that weight, probably decades, so it will take some time to lose that weight.
Out that scale in the closet and focus on improving your health by doing clean, strict carnivore… as clean as you possibly can for 30 days.
After doing those 30 days, you’re gonna feel so amazing that you’ll want to do another 30 days, and so on.
The weight loss will come over time, I promise you. But it is the HEALING that should be the main focus.
Good luck and keep me and Kerry on your progress!!😊

I am your age papa carnivore. I've been carnivore for almost 7 years. I am glad you were able to get your girlfriend almost on board. I unfortunately will never be able to get my wife of 40 years to listen. She will go to her grave inflamed and in pain with some kind of carbage in her hand.

    • @Papacarnivore15
      @Papacarnivore15 12 дней назад +1

Thanks so much for your very kind words Vincent. I sincerely appreciate it.
What I’ve learned is that unless people (even those who we love the most) are willing to listen and learn more about a Proper Human Diet, there is unfortunately not much we can do to help them.
They are (as Dr Berry always says) “Grown Ass Adults” and they can do whatever they want, even if that means stuffing their faces with sugar, carbs, seed oils and processed foods for the rest of their lives and living in 100% needless pain and suffering.
My 84 year old mom is an insulin dependent diabetic with high BP and 2 metal knees, overweight, etc and over 19 mos, she would NOT listen to me despite seeing me lose 101 lbs and reverse/cure my diabetes, high BP, arthritis, etc
      UNTIL….
She watched my 1 hour interview video with Kerry and guess what she just said to me out of the blue…????
She said “Peter, I want to do your diet”.
I kid you not!!! She’s on day 3 and is doing amazing. She’s doing clean keto, and is actually loving it so far!!
So there is hope. Just be there for your wife, be a shining example of excellent physical and mental health (and skinny too!!)…
And you never know… one day when she has a health issue that gets concerning enough or scares her enough to want to learn more about our way of eating, then you can just be there for her in her moment if need.
Take care Vincent and I hope this helps to give you some hope for your wife achieving better health in the future. 😊
