Honestly, they should flesh out all of the characters. I was hoping for a whole Toy Story 3 type of story. It didn't have to be the exact same but the fact that the episode was titled "All grown up" but we only see a brief minute and they didn't even reveal the fates of those other characters is a tragedy.

Pal is possibly dead, since Arthur got him when he was about 8, pal was around 8 weeks. I guess now Arthur in this parody he is around 20-30 and sadly dogs only have a lifespan of around 12 to 14 depanding on the breed. Bigger dogs have a shorter lifespan then smaller dogs, it also depands on the ailments that is part of the breeds history eg: dachshunds are prone to back problems and diabetes, squashed muzzled dogs have breathing and birthing problems etc. Not a expert on dogs but that is all i know. Pal is i guess a labrador.
Maybe its a second or third dog named Pal since the first one would've already died years ago.

The way that Dw treats Arthur is extremely cruel, However i do find this portrayal of her behaviour interesting bc it leads back to why she acts like this in the first place. the main reason for DW acting like this is likely due to the fact that she never got as much attention as Arthur did from her parents and one of the ways she could get attention of any kind was by being rude and throwing temper tantrums. It also seems that she likes to take out her anger on him as an outlet as well. on the upside the lack of attention has caused Dw become very independent and self made although her success has made her very prideful and just as abusive.

She’s even from the books where she first appeared in Arthur’s New Baby and became a regular character. I highly doubt the staff of AOK would introduce an original character to the Read Family that wasn’t in the books or show.

DW and Kate both live pretty successful lives (particularly DW), so it's not like his parents didn't raise him to be successful. Arthur's an adult and they still pay for Arthur's credit card for God's sake! Where's the personal responsibility??? Arthur's parents are being more than fair IMO. The LEAST Arthur can do is respect their house rules.

Being an adult doesn't actually suck, nor is it great. Only a weak adult truly has a life that sucks. Think about it, as an adult you have all the rights a kid could never have, so your life is all yours. Your strength or weakness is what makes it amazing or awful to live in. As Arthur himself said the best part about being an adult is financial independence, and the worst part is when u loose it. And look at how good life is for the strong adult DW, and how neutral life is for the mediocre adults like their parents.
As someone who is 18-20, this age sucks. Because people try to tell you you’re a grown adult (when you’re still an adolescent) and you don’t even get to do the fun stuff adults are supposed be able to do (like drink).
