Hey morons, maybe learn how a business works and realize that Simon has a life outside of voicing multiple videos. You devalue what these guys do. If you want to just watch Simon, go watch Simon, just don’t shit on the others because they’re themselves and not him.
Honestly, for number 5 The dumb plan also applies to all the WWF superstars who were stupid enough to join the WCW/ECW alliance despite the fact that they were part of the company that managed to stay in business and win the Monday night wars
It never did make sense from a storyline perspective but from a behind the scenes one it did since a lot of the big names from WCW didn't show up and to be honest they were right not to
@@joshie_b1987 For real. Why would Sting ever work for them when they mistreated one of the biggest stars in DDP? You had the People's Champ, the WCW faithfuls grassroots champion and you buried his career 🤦🏻. I bet Sting would have shown up years sooner if the incoming WCW stars weren't treated so poorly. Vince should have shown them the respect they had earned. DDP and Taker could have had any feud. Hell, you had the perfect set up for a People's Champ off with DDP and The Rock. I'm glad the man is out here saving lives though. His road is a much humbler and giving road. Thank you DDP for saving the lives of numerous wrestlers, giving us more years with those who had struggled with addiction. We got to watch Scott Hall become a better version of himself and I will always love and respect DDP for that. Man's a true hero
its always glossed over that ddp was married to 1 of the best looking women the wrestling world has ever seen, but then wanted to stalk 1 of the worst looking women...I always hated it
The most recent one for me is damage control attacking Becky before the cage match to the point of not even getting the match. Bayley could of started the match, teammates climb the cage, now you have a 3 on 1 official match.
@@AA-yj7md ya I saw that, doesn't mean the story couldn't have made sense. Maybe a mutual brawl backstage and authorities tell them to go home tonight.
The idea of the heel champion attacking two potential challengers in a number one contender's match to cause a no contest and wipe them out as challengers is pretty dumb, because it always led to the authority figure at the time putting him/her in a triple threat with both of them...🤣🤣
For Mr.kennedy briefcase losing match, in real life, he said not long ago he was told by wwe/vince (maybe, can't remember) that he was gonna be injured for 8 months at least so he decided that edge was gonna challenge kennedy for the briefcase. Ken went to see a doctor to look it up and he said he'd be missing way way way less ring action like a week or 2.
Personally I think Gareth does a great job. I used to like Simon a lot but honestly after watching nothing but mostly Simon vids for a while a few months ago I got burned out on him. Just like everything else in life, there's always too much of a good thing.
Y’all be overthinking things. Did It for the rock makes sense. Was stone cold more popular and pushed than the rock? Yes. So he got rid of the top star so rock could be top star. Am I missing something?
Yeah you are missing something. It means he had no confidence in his cousin. It also derailed his own push in the process. Turning heel was the worse thing for him.
The burial of DDP is why I quit watching wrestling. You take the People's Champ and ruin his career? Couldn't help, but feel personally offended. It was like Vince said to the WCW faithful, "F U I don't need you or your viewership." So I dipped out for 12 years lmao. I'm gonna bet I'm not the only one who felt personally insulted as WWE barely pulls in 2 million views a show when there was over 10 million between the 2 companies back then
The officials accepted that he could cash-in for the US title, so it's more Triple H ret-conning MITB after 18 years more than a "dumb heel" character bit from Theory. Plus, Vince left weeks after he got the briefcase...
@@tomseville2345 but, let's be honest, Theory was never gonna cash in successfully on Roman so in Kayfabe made sense. I really wish Simon would do all these lists. He brings so much genuine enthusiasm & humor to these that you just enjoy them even more.

I agree. I can't lie, when I click on these videos and I don't hear Simon, It's disappointing. But I try to give the videos a chance.

Vince McMahon as the Higher Power. Enough said.
IT WAS ME ALL ALONG!!!!
I AGREE.
"Aw son of a bitch!" - JR
Vince McMahon threatening Shane McMahon's job if he didn't win against Undertaker at Wrestlemania. Shane lost and got to run Raw anyway!
Never understood that either
Rikishi has the last laugh. His sons and cousin are currently the undisputed tag team and heavyweight champs respectively.
Comments like this are real, wow.

Right?? Sara was ratchet.
The fact Undertaker vs DDP wasn’t a WrestleMania match is a shame smh
Has WWE just given up on the MITB briefcase?
Cant remember when the last good use of it even was

Monty Brown WWE theme was underrated

5:06 so that's why Slapnuts always has a goatee, he's got a wicked butt-chin.
I’m still bummed we never got Kevin Nash vs CM Punk in a match
I'm no Punk fan and not even a huge Nash fan but I do believe Punk would easily outdo Nash in a match. With Nash only looking good if Punk allowed it.
@@jonbourgoin182 Nash was too worn out to succeed
Was Russo writing for TNA during the Monty Brown/Jeff Jarrett angle?
Yeah most likely
Number 10 is why Triple H's version of WWE is not as good as people think it is!
Should have played the clip of the Rock calling Rikishi a "thong wearing fatty"
The Theory thing was the funniest burial ever
2:29 the fan who made that sign dissing WWF with a Kurt Angle catchphrase sure looked like a damn fool
Truth be known, it's genius heel scheming that makes faces look stupid and gets the heel cheered...
JJ is just... L4W his TNA run made him into a God who could shoot with a gun and you would still only get a 2

I loved Monty Brown in TNA
And JJ buried him
Heel stone cold was great.
It was pretty hilarious looking back on it but it really was a bad move in the end
Great in some ways, but bad for business.
I'd say when Kevin Sullivan booked himself to loose his wife to Chris Benoit.
Wheres simon?
We got the diet simon
I knew this wasn't a Simon video.

Vince Russo & Kevin Nash. You can see why WCW doesn’t exist anymore.

Not sure that's an accurate take on Theory. Even less sure he belongs on this list
