Those Mick Foley steel step bumps he took all the time were like a damn car crash, not to mention losing his ear, getting thrown off and falling through the cell, taking all the chair shots while handcuffed by the rock, landing on thumbtacks many times, flaming weapons and barbed wire. That man is my hero.

I'm surprised U didn't include Chris Benoit here. I don't think anyone suffered as much through injuries & putting their bodies on the line than he did(so did his family). Those diving headbutts were scary as hell but it scared the hell out of me when the wrestlers would move out of the way & Benoit used to land on his head. Dude was a suicidal maniac but what made him special is that Benoit being one of the best technical wrestlers of all time was also equally capable of hardcore violence. He's one of those wrestlers who in any match he's involved used to take most of the bumps & serious hits regardless he won or lost. Tragic & sad how his story ended but his tale should be a reminder for everyone when to stop.
Also, honourable mentions should go to Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair, Sabu & RVD
I also believe Foley should've made the no.1 entry here. Ideally, it should be either Benoit or Foley.

Those who've literally died as a direct result of the business. Owen Hart. Chris Benoit [CTE brain damage]. There are way too many to name. This business is dangerous & these folks should be commended for willing doing so for our entertainment

Both Foley and Jeff Hardy have agreed to donate their brains to science upon their death. They are doing so to further the study of concussions.
