I have used organic decaf swiss water processed coffee, not the chemical process for decaf, in the past for about two and a half weeks one cup of 10oz a day and by the end of those weeks I had bad gut problems. I am one of those who feel much better without it but like you said not something to do on a daily routine but a treat. Great videos Dr. Ruscio.

Hi Robert. Not sure if you watched the whole video, but there does not appear to be any evidence to support your claim. If you have a credible reference happy to have a look, if not please stop potentiating the dogma here :)
