The entire Green bamboo shaft broke in half on my forearm, and all I had was a red welt on the skin of my Forearm. I gritted my teeth and took the pain, and exhaled through my teeth ferociously without that much pain. But being able to absorb pain multiple times takes a lot of time, training and patience. Also I never knew Mongolian Judo existed, but these are strongest warriors I've ever seen in my life. They make the bodies of the Samurai look very weak nowadays.
