It looks like you are just hanging that box from the sheet metal on the top. I guess as long as you don't put anything heavy in it it will be ok but those boxer need or ideally want to be mounted from the actual RAILs of the box
Nice job. I was wondering about using some flat iron too. Did you end up going back and adding any?
No I did not. Just used fender washers and they seem to be doing fine.
Do you still remember how much these boxes ran you on amazon?
I think they ran about $240 per box when I bought them.
What size is that
14x16x24 under the passenger side and 14x12x24 under the driver side
