@@cpkphil if you're using a family/work computer, you may not have admin privilages. This is to make sure you dont do anything dangerous on the pc. To get admin privilages, talk to the person who owns the computor (fx: parent or boss). But if this is your own pc, you should talk to a profesional about getting an administrator account.
