You don’t need a license for any of that other than the deck rebuild. Usually since that’s a load bearing structure you couldn’t rebuild it without a license. A small repair would be ok usually
I'll be building my own home on my own property soon. Most of the labor will be just me. But I am thinking of having the slab built by a company. So I'll be general contractor during the build. I'm in no hurry. I'm expecting the job to take about 4 years. It's going to be my retirement home as I am already 64 yo. I do love watching your videos. They give me inspiration. What about grading and Gravel 4 driveways??
Driveways yes - grading, usually covered by the GC on the project. If no GC paying you then yes you would need a license.

Laws changed in 2023 so most of this is incorrect and may have been somewhat incorrect to begin with

No, the laws change often in FL and you do not need one for painting but the deck may need a permit, rebuild, no.
