Ford said the car has a drivetrain loss of 11% and it should be a similar loss for a similar kind of car, which the Pista and 720S are, being RWD mid-engined supercars with 7-speed dual clutch gearboxes. So when he applied the 11%, both the GT and Pista made close to what was claimed. But not the McLaren. The GT horsepower was accurate. The Pista wheel horsepower was equivalent to 721bhp at the crank, which is just 11bhp more than claimed. Not significant. The 720S is claimed at the same horsepower as the Pista, yet made much more at the wheels, and resulted in 786bhp (797PS) at the crank. That is an 800hp car, which is also much lighter. And though it is quicker, the Pista and Tributo do well to keep up with it. Makes you wonder what would actually happen if the McLaren made the same power as the two… So McLaren lie about horsepower. Mat, one thing REALLY missing in this videos. Showing the speedometer. Easy fix, a Go-Pro and you can have cut that out put it somehwere on the screen.... Now that would give this Drag Race series a LIFT !!! :)
McLaren never disappoints 😂❤️🔥🏎
except if you own one🥹
@@South4153 until it falls apart and Burns itself in flames
😂 don’t be negative
@@Advancingbeing by negative you mean realistic lmao😂
Yea
The closest we gonna see a Mclaren near to a Ferrari this year !
as a mclaren fan i might need some extra therapy by the end of the season
I'll take the superfast!!
Matt, we all know the 812 is faster than the McLaren. You did 10.4 on the quarter mile w/ Yianny we he used the SVJ
We All Agree…Put the damn Time of all races !! 😎✌🏼
That Ferrari screams!
The superfast is just perfect, what a beauty !
You did 10.4 in the 812 before...therefore it winsssssssssss
You must be really smart or a child lol
That is a stupid comment, like saying just give the Olympic gold to whoever is the current world record holder, just plain stupid.
Almost every rolling race:
-Kickdown!
-He's gone...
-Can I catch him though?
3rd was a jump!!!!!😂😂 Mats wtf))
I'll take that Ferrari over Mclaren any day
The 600LT is amazing. Love this car
At 1 mile McLaren is certainly at 170+miles. That Ferrari pulled away so fast.. what was it's speed by the way?
LOL this video had me chuckled quite hard. I love those mini humor clips. “Does not compute” haha. Well done Matt and team !!
Sitting, Matt…, sitting☝️☝️
I love your videos❤️
I definitely go for that Ferrari super fast812 tho😊
As for me, the Ferrari🏎 won everything! I think Matt went too early on that last drag race.
Clearly didn’t.
@@Jabber-ig3iw Watch from 4:50, in the first two attempts Mat went when the hands were down completely while in the last attempt Mat went when the hands were in horizontal position. You can check the brake lights for reference.
Edit: Also, check at 4:43.
The guy with you in the drag race is my best actually, he is funny, he has car knowledge, he is a good driver, I love to see races of you and him
I'd rather see the best time for each car, not the winner of each run.
Great video. you've remind me of what someone once said❤️ "The mind is the man, the poor is in it and the rich is it too". This sentence is the secret of most successful investors. I once attended similar and ever since then i been waxing strong financially, and i most tell you the truth..
First
No one asked
Dang it😂😂
😱😱😱🤯
The best drag you had on RUclips so far
Mat thank you so much for this insane drag race
Can't believe I'll be grinning this hard watching a drag race. Sensational Matt!
0:19 car info
2:34 drag race
3:26 second drag race
4:06 third drag race
Tysm

Do Model 3 LR boost vs model 3 PF
2 minutes intro, thanks mr Editor! Cheers
Please can you put up a power to weight ratio on the stats screen?
Pista to svj to gt2 RS would be insane race
Awesome video Mat!😸😸
Any drag you do keep a Porsche 911 turbo s as a control variable. That should be your benchmark for any cars race
Nah a SF90 would be more appropriate.
That McLaren surly wowed you in drag racing
I'd take the Ferrari each time. Mostly because I'm not into 1990s spandex colors.
The weight difference is huge.
You should give all 3 drag times instead of just the last one
Please, Ferrari keep producing those V12 engines 🙏🏽
The Ferrari can do races all the day but the McLaren seem to be doing beeps and strange noises all day. 🤨
Matt definitely jumped it on the third. You cannot see it on the last slowmo, but his brake lights go out just a split second prior to the hand drop. The car doesnt budge until the hands are on the way down, but he definitely released the brake for launch before the drop.
They timed the slowmo clip carefully, starting the clip just after the brake lights go out.
2:13 🤣😂 Your face wrinkled with the power of Matthew's engine.
