Even though I also opted for specs not brands or models, but still I was a bit confused and concerned that I didn't spent the sum in vain, but after watching this video I really got so much to know, and my laptop falls in between recommended and pro... I bought 'dell G5 SE 16gb' and its one of a kind in this range I guess, and the best part is it's a highly customized laptop with variable specs, highly upgradable, carrying most of the pro features you've mentioned, and having a very good graphics perspective too... Which means you can multitask and multiuse it. Moreover it has a fully metal body, and conclusion, my personal experience in one week is its the best in this range, if you are looking for one, just go for it... If I grade it in a 5 grade system where 5 is the pro according to you then it falls between 4.2 to 4.4, or maybe if you can maintain it in a well manner a 4.5..........

First of all you should know the difference between a laptop and a pc at a glance, so the real difference is that in pc all the parts are open and are assembled in a manner that anything can be separated out real quick, then everything is put in a box or you may call it cabinet and its done, but still not.. Now you'll need external display output/monitor, external keyboard, mouse etc. But for laptop all the parts are well enclosed, the size is compressed so you cannot de-assamble it as you like, moreover upgrade options are very little, the screen is small... Moving upto pros and cons So... PC- Pros- #A big screen #Cheaper with the same specs than laptop #Better working becuse bigger parts and open assembly #Better cooling, you can even customize cooling by getting better and better like liquid cooling etc. #Better and easy repairs and upgrades Cons-#You can not move it, its fixed... It all applies just the opposite to laptops... So as you can see the only upperhand with a laptop is its portability, and just that... If you can really use its portability then only buy a laptop or else have a PC
