Reminds me of the naked boy that the cops came upon and Dahmer came up to say it was a lovers dispute. He got pictures of everything from Mark and even had an arrangement to see Mark AGAIN when all this went down. It is a huge tell how he pretends to be baffled about why the previous guy abandoned his own possessions and ran mostly naked down the road. And then he pretends to think that the escaped victim just wanted to steal his most expensive piece of leather.
He hints at what is a very typical psychopathic trait. Which is telling the truth about themselves in such a way that people don’t believe it or think it’s a joke.

Yes but you can still make a report. If there are several reports or complaints against the guy, like non consent to sexual violence, that’s coercive rape. So with multiple reports, like that, a cop can choose to go to court and call the victims in as a witness and something can be done. Some people choose not to go to court because it’s their word against the peep’s word or because they fear retaliation. But a police officer can choose to take it to court. So, yes, things can work out, potentially. I’m sure that that cop took a report anyways, or should have.

    • @eh1702
      @eh1702 3 дня назад +29

or if he even had not actively discouraged him. My god, the guy abandoned his possessions to run near naked down the road. Why would any grown man do that unless in fear? But this creep (who never did put away his dog as asked, or come close enough for his face to be seen properly) every time the cop asks, “Was he chained up?” he answers with non-sequiturs like, “Uh…well…he was here today…”
The cop offers him loaded questions like, “So he was free to leave any time, right?” then answers them himself anyway.
Then the guy, after pretending like a three-year-old that he doesn’t know why the escapee escaped, and then switching to “it was to steal my most valuable piece of leather,” he then actually says, “I took my eye completely off him.”
That applies to no consensual interaction: that’s exactly how you speak of an escapee.

He is humungously entitled and holier-than-thou, making himself out to be some sort of compassionate saint. (But delights in going out with the victim’s blood on his body.)
One huge, obvious tell (among many) about the escaped victim is when he said that he had “taken my eyes completely off him”. This is how you speak about a prisoner or captive. If it had really consensual, this remark would be nonsensical.

According to his ex-wife, he had actually been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, though. She even said she couldn't get him to take his medication. It would have been easy for the police to verify all this, and I'm sure they did.
So I don't think the insanity is all an act.
People with this condition have 'moments of clarity' (when they can interact with others in a 'normal' way), and they can also speak in a very rational manner even when what they're saying is crazy (which the guy did here)...and that's because they actually believe what they're saying.
I'm certain Kevin didn't want to die and never requested any of these things, but I also believe it's possible that this guy thinks his version of the situation/events is the truth.

Born and raised and still living in Swartz Creek. As well as Gaines, the farm town so to speak, that’s a part of Swartz Creek school districts. This was so awful. Just awful. Please everyone, if you’re going to meet someone new for any type of companionship, please be safe. Please let someone you trust who can be available if you need help, know where you’re going and what time and when you plan to be back. Check in with them every so often and have a safe word if you need help so you can text it to them or call. I know this isn’t always going to help but do what you can to take some preventative measures to protect yourself and anything else you can think of. Stay safe everyone ❤

Thank you to my fellow Dragons as well as everyone who has given sentiments and positive replies to my comment on such a sad case. There are too many cases where looking for companionship leads to awful events such as this. I hope and pray his legacy is providing caution and saving lives and not just his death itself. Though I wish this never had happened to him or anyone. Be sure not only to protect yourselves but to spread the word on safety and make yourself available for those you love if you know they’re meeting someone new for any reason be it companionship or a facebook market sale etc. Have a plan if they need help and be ready in case. God bless you all in safety!

Do these officers usually expect a potential criminal, especially one accused of essentially kidnapping, sexual assault at a minimum, to really admit to being guilty of such crime? I guarantee they do not. The fact that they weren't so comfortable with homosexuality likely played a huge role into their pathetic "investigation" which included asking the suspect if he's actually guilty. Funny had they were anywhere near as thorough as they were the second time and did what was necessary to gain access to the home for a quick walk-through, whether by the home owners permission or via search warrant, WHATEVER that man would more likely than not still been alive.

He tacitly admitted it with the victim who escaped. First he had no explanation (and was asked for none!) why the guy abandoned his own clothes and possessions and ran terrified, near naked, barefoot down the road. Then he waffled on about it being to steal his “most expensive piece of leather”. And then he blurted out, “I took my eye completely off him.”
That statement should have been a giant red flag and a klaxon to a police officer.

Stop trying to blame police, if the victim doesn't want to press charges and he's not been physically harmed then there is nothing they can do.
