It brought to mind the French exception, when a murder can be put down to a crime of passion. Maybe they should have looked into his own case again, and served justice on his father. Yeah, everyone wants vigilante justice until everyone gets vigilante justice. You have to be insane to think a society can function this way. It's one thing to go lightly on a parent or a victim for seeking vigilante justice on their abuser but for you, me or anyone to go out and do what he did is unacceptable. What will you say when a person that got robbed decides that theives haven't been properly punished so they go out and do what he did? What about when some unhinged person does this to people that do stupid, aggressive things in traffic? We can't bypass OUR collective justice system and still have a society. That's anarchy.

Without getting into details. Mothers can and will turn their backs on their children. As a young adult my mother accused me of wanting to sleep with her overweight, drunken bf-one of many she'd bring home and once waltzed into my sister''s bedroom, naked. So she threw me out, and with nowhere to go. I ended up at a friends home. Decades later, much therapy and rx. Never been a criminal, nor do I have an addictive personality. The light sentences given to child predators just tells you who the justice system actually sides with. Jason had a damn good reason to do what he did and got a longer sentence than the three losers combined. The only thing anyone should be careful of is why someone is on the registry. People have urinated in public; or sent nudes of themselves as a teenager to their teenage bf/gf only to end up catching a child porn charge and forced to be placed on the registry for something they did to themselves. Jason has a new supporter. Our criminal system is failing our children. The abusers are allowed to do minimal time and go out and ruin others kids lives

Need to get this guy out so he can recruit and train minions. That shit was brilliant, just short sighted and therefore lived. Shame he couldn't tag a few dozen or more before being pegged for any of it

We have such a disgusting "justice" system. Anyone who would put a child abuser right back in the house with those children should be taken out back and put down. Yet these are the people entrusted to keep us "safe." Such a joke

*When you come to grips with the truth that too many of those that make laws, carry out the laws and prosecute the laws are child predators themselves, so much of the allowed child abuse makes sense.*
