Skincare can be simple! The 3 base steps are:
    1)Wash
    2)Toner
    3)Moisturizer
Toners should NEVER have alcohol, or at least not much. Toner is to balance the skin after stripping it of oil. If your skin feels tighter or hot when applying the "toner," that's not real toner. It's an astringent that strips the skin even further.

That explains why I still own the same t shirts since 2011 or earlier... and that i barely buy new stuff because it has to feel a certain way.
Brushing teeth I think It would work if I used child's tooth paste... because I hate the feeling of normal tooth brush is just so minty i hate it, showering I hate the feeling of water in my body, my wet hair, when I had shorter hair I was more willing to shower as i wouldn't feel so 'wet' while showering.
Drinking water is so hard to do too, I have to put a glass on the table to even think about drinking it, I go about weeks without really drinking a glass of water and then I have nightmares of me so thirsty in which I cant seem to satisfy it and then Ill wake up in the middle of the night and really NEED a glass of water, also water doesnt really ''taste'' but's the only thing I will rather drink than other things. Took me 31 years to even get diagnosted.

    Thank you for this video.
I recently discovered I have adhd and
I struggle so much with my oral hygiene.
I have a fear of choking, Standard toothbrushes are to hard on my teeth, the sound of electric toothbrushes makes my skin crawl, any minty toothpaste is super overwhelming.
Hopefully I can try these tips and see if they help ♡

Hi, this is a very long comment so in summary-
Toothpastes without the chemical 'SLS' might be helpful to consider.
I know its nearly a year since your comment, but I recently discovered that a chemical called [Sodium Laureth Sulfate] is found in many cosmetics and most toothpastes. It's mainly used to make nice bubbles, but it can cause a burning/stinging sensation when cleaning your teeth for some people. Also, it's apparently one of the main reasons food tastes weird after brushing.
There are options for toothpaste without this chemical (you may need to look at the ingredients lists because sometimes it isnt obvious). I bought some a week ago, and it still bubbles well, but it's less uncomfortable to use. Perhaps looking into a toothpaste without 'SLS', that uses a different flavour might be helpful.
I've been trying to make small adaptations to help me with the habits I struggle with, and this has helped because I avoid brushing less, and it requires less planning in the mornings as I can eat after brushing and it doesn't change the taste as much.
Hopefully this is helpful. I like to share adaptations that work for me because there arent many resources available that compile these ideas (especially on more taboo topics, like struggling with hygiene). I think it's an issue that is way more common than people think.
If you have any other adhd based tips or advice I'd love to hear them
      Have a great day x
