Yes I’m a blurter and interrupter cause I feel I don’t get heard or understand and no one cares what I have to say, only their opinion but I guess maybe that might be how they feel too.
Everyone experiences feelings like this it's life not adhd
@@koopbeats1988 never said it was, but I also em affair I’ll forget what I want to say in response. There is the problem in its self, that many behaviors, are just life and over lapping symptoms can be misdiagnosed or just over looked so people go undiagnosed. My daughter and granddaughter were just recently diagnosed with ADHD after years of being misdiagnosed with just depression and anxiety. My daughter discovered by accident that female and male ADHA are different, my grandson was diagnosed as a child so we always thought that what ADHD was like and their symptoms were different. Glad for the medical diagnosis.

I appreciate you watching. What would you say is your favorite tool from the video?
Anyone can claim to have adhd and every doctor is quick to cosign it because it's easy. Who doesn't have trouble focusing on certain things lol especially with the way kids grow up now with smartphones with a million different apps and companies all fighting for their attention. I thought I had adhd as a kid and after talking to hundreds of ppl who don't have adhd it's become abundantly clear that the only difference between me and them was I went to a doctor to ask what was happening and they didn't. Honestly it's just life maybe ppl don't wanna hear that and they want something to blame their problems on but everyone experiences stuff like this adhd is just a crutch (one I used to use til I grew up) its just easier to blame my inadequacy on some disorder vs just accepting the truth.
I appreciate you watching
Then what’s the chance that a lot of people just go on their life undiagnosed, or manage it their way? It’s never about labeling, but be aware what’s going on in one’s life. It’s like a slow landslide, sometimes it’s really slow that you still cope and manage, sometimes it’s just very sudden and you find everything in your life is collapsing. I do think there is no black and white in psychology, end of the day it’s about self care and getting life going.
I think attentional disorders have been studied for well over a century , so it’s not necessarily our technology (not that I think it helps)
The doctors are quick to cosign it? No, I don't think so, they underdiagnose it according to my research and I was given antidepressants by doctors over and over who couldn't even recognize the specific problem that I have, including from a psychiatrist who gave me 10 minutes before giving me the prescription and charging me for a full office visit. I recognized that I had a problem throughout high school and college, and unless you actually have the problem yourself or with a family member, you don't really know what you're talking about when you give that argument. I do know what I'm talking about from experience
