Patsy was the first female inductee into the Country Music hall of fame and has influenced pop music for the 58 years since her death. She died in a plane crash about 2 years after the performance in this video. RIP Ms. Cline.... You were there first.

Loretta Lynn was a great friend of Patsy Cline's and the story of their lives is amazing. Sissy Spacek, the actress who portrayed Loretta Lynn, won a well-deserved Oscar for her role.
