    But next time don’t wash your mushrooms. It makes them soggy. They are already 80% water. They are so full of water, that chefs usually sauté them in a dry pan for a few minutes, before adding any oil, so that the oil doesn’t block any of the water from leaving the mushroom, since the oil can create a non-polar seal around the mushroom, locking some water in, & making it soggy. So don’t wash mushrooms, because they absorb more water. First cook them on the pan alone with no oil, until the have browned and shrunk a little, so that they release the water. Then you can add the oil. They really are like sponges, just like you said, so it’s best to just clean them with a dry soft brush.

    You should harvest all of the mushrooms at once - the smaller ones won’t get any bigger, they’ll just rot

      @Yenu's cooking I'm actually thinking that the brown oyster mushrooms we have are really pearl oyster mushrooms.

    Why does your husband make you spoil your son? You should not have picked him up at the end. He was being troublesome. He should have been in time out, and your son knew that, that why he started stabbing into your ears, because he was purposely trying the be the alpha, pushing you around to control the situation. Don’t let your husband make you raise an unlikeable son. Don’t you want your son to be loved by those around him? Spoiled children struggle making real friends because they are no fun to play with.

      Unsolicited parenting advice is not cute

    • @BrandyIsadora
      @BrandyIsadora 2 года назад

      @@TheMadGrim that’s legitimately the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. Who gives two shits about being cute. Isn’t making a stronger race more important? If someone was worried about being cute, I’m sure the potential of becoming a little b*tch people, is much less attractive than teaching children to be respectful and self sufficient. It is not a huge channel. They’ve surely seen the comment, and if it bothered her, they could have deleted it. Or responded for themselves. Hopefully, her husband realizes he’s extremely wimpy. And the wife has been blessed with someone who sees what she sees, because you can tell, she has cultural wisdom on how to properly raise a child. I’m sorry, but certain cultures raise stronger children. And some people are comfortable with being wimps.

      @@BrandyIsadora Someone telling someone else to pick up a child is not abuse. They are not abusers just because you don't like how they handle their children. Maybe don't be such a cunt next time.
