Great unboxing video! nice and clean. I was a Kickstarter backer for Ekster and have been walking around with the brown parliament for several weeks now. I'm really pleased with how this product came out. I charged it upon arrival and the tracking system has worked flawlessly up till now.. As you said the leather is really high-end and I think my favorite part is definitely the cardholder mechanism.. Really cool feature to show off ;) definitely recommend it, I just ordered 1 extra as a christmas present!
It's one of the best things to give as a present! solid build, relative price, and the fact that u can track your wallet through your phone and vice versa! glad you enjoyed the video!
Forgot to add in my last comment. Be careful while carrying the Ekster in your hand with the cards facing down. If you happen to move you had in a downward motion with force or drop the wallet from a decent height. I have noticed that the first two cards will go flying out of the card holder.
Yes this was a common issue for their early batches but they have fixed this issue for all new batches!

Hi Julio! This was indeed a concern for the first small batch that went out. However, for the remaining products we have added another component to increase the friction and we made the QC more strict. This is no longer a problem now!

Is there a way to remove the money strap? The website says removable strap but don't see a way to. that might help mine to not go off when I have it in my back pocket

hmm, thats weird. i ordered mine on July and i received it 4 days ago. you should contact them to make sure they didn't mess up the order.

After you filled out the survey how long did you have to wait for them to ship the wallet out.
Well i filled out my survy on June 13th, and received it on october 14th, so about 4 months is how long i waited. hope you receive yours soon!

it took mine around 3~4months, but things might have changed with production. yours could be sent much earlier than mine. hope you get yours soon!
Why wont it let me pick a color when im purchasing the wallet?
well you aren't actually buying the product on indiegogo, your making a payment for the specific perk. so in a week or two, ekster will send you an email regarding the specifics (colour, amount, etc). have patience!
I preordered both the Parliment and the Senate on Indigogo. Got both of mine about 2 months ago and they both stopped working within a day. Literally both failed - one had the TrackR button stop working, the other one's spring mechanism broke and jammed.
I emailed Ekster for return. After paying over $20 for shipping back to Rotterdam and getting written confirmation from Ekster that they had received my return and that they'd refund my money via paypal, they just stopped responding to my emails with NO payment. I'm out a total of $220. Garbage. Highly NOT recommend based on shady business practice/customer service alone.
I just got my refund. I'm glad that I finally received it after months, but it's sad that I had to post negative reviews online in order to get it.

well you charge it once every 6 months or so, plus the reason you are buying this wallet is for the tracking capability.
