System design is not so imp for freshers DBMS, Networking come under CS fundamentals, so these are required With web dev you can make good projects for your resume But don't leave practicing dsa, as it will be the most imp part in interviews
Don't worry about the package, just do your best! You have a lot of time to practice and do some great stuff. By the time you'll be in your final year, I'm expecting average package will be higher.

You should do both parallely, try to prepare and grab an internship
