As always, hats off to you for the inspiration, refined taste, and your sense of style, Martin. One day, I'll come to Stockholm to give you a high-five and say thank you! Best regards, Norbert
I’ve watched your videos for years now and have learned alot about product photography from you, you’re truly talented! Thank you for the shared knowledge 🙏🏼
Other photographers cut a gold shape of the bottle and place behind the bottle for golden reflections. This saves time in post and give a much more eye catching shot. Good stuff though 👍🏼
@@botvidsson Awesome, thanks! I shoot with Godox and just picked up their BFP projection unit, which comes with an 85 2.8 as well. It eats up a lot of light though- a little over 2 stops!
I have been a still life retoucher and digital tech for 10 years and have not encountered this modifier. It’s amazing, solves so many issues. I use profoto, which would you suggest ?
You do the best product photography tutorial videos! Love your style and work.
Wow, thank you Todd!
This guy is a great photographer and teacher. Many thanks from the U.S.A.!
Many thanks!
Loved this video. Stylish result. Which projection light do you suggest as I’m an elinchrom and godox owner?

"Refined taste" I like that 😁 Tanks, you're always welcome!
Great video, Martin! These short tutorials are so helpful. We always pick up a new trick!
Thanks Peter! I always feel I could do better, give you more tips and trix but hopefully like you say, you can pick up something.

Hello, Very interesting and impressive. What model od Projecting light are you using? BR Lovrenc
Thanks! It’s a Dedolight attachment to a Profoto Multispot (unfortunately just discontinued)
Hi, do you know what is good PG alternative to Dedolight ? BR Lovrenc@@botvidsson
Sorry never heard about that? What flash brand are you using?
Hi, I am using Bowens flesh. BR Lovrenc@@botvidsson
I know there's a projection attachment with Bowens mount, maybe from Godox? @karolciesla

Yeah, I know. Normally I do that but Photoshop goes faster when you can't find the golden paper... 😁
:slow clap:. Love your work man!
Much appreciated!
thanks for your input 🤩
Any time!
Ahh so close Martin. You almost had a chance to win your own contest 😎😃
Yeah. Was too lazy with the white card… next time 😂
Awesome video as always. Love your creative approaches.
Only thing I will never like this is the artificial voice saying time in the end😂
It will never go away... 🤣🤣🤣👍🏽 thanks
Love it so useful🎉
Glad you think so!
The music at the end 🤘
😁👍🏽
Love this tutorial so satisfying
So glad! Thanks man!
Post production and retouching video for this work coming?
Did not plan on doing that cuz it's so little post work. What would you like to know?
what is the focal length of the projection lens please?
Not 100% sure, 85mm I think
I checked now and it is 85mm/2.8 lens in that Dedolight attachment DP1

@@nakleh Yes I know, my Profoto multispot is a 1200Ws flash, so I have a lot.
is ambient light allowed in your contest??
Unfortunately no. If you use the sun coming into a room as the ambient light that will count as one light. Then you can't add a flash. 😁 Sorry.
W. Eugene Smith said, "All light is ambient."
Well, it's okay to use the ambient light. If the concept and composition is top notch the light is not important.
Greetings from Atlanta!
What have I missed?
Not much
"Probably I should take a shot first."
oh.. oooh, ok, nevermind
indeed
You Brilliant
very kind!
where can i get this projector light?
Hard, depends on what flashes you use?

@@Dudesgottado yes it's great and hard to find. I know that some people tried the Godox projection attachment, don't know the result
