Hi Charlie, I’m new to your channel and have been really enjoying watching lots of back episodes. I’ve picked up so many tips and it’s reminded me of things which perhaps I had forgotten. So a big thank you and I am keeping you in my thoughts this week. Wishing you a restful, healing week. Love Sally

Sending lots of love and positive thoughts your way❤I hope everything turns out all right! Switching topics, you can use glass jars (canning jars) or other glass containers (freezer friendly ones) to freeze food without resorting to plastic containers - you can also use stainless steel containers (with stainless steel lids or silicone lids - Ikea has some with silicone lids), beeswax wraps (to replace clingfilm etc) for shorter periods (approximately a month), silicone food storage bags, baking paper, or butcher paper (especially great for meat and fish). If you freeze liquids in a glass jar/container, you need to leave room for it to expand (at least an inch of space at the top), otherwise the container will most likely break. The glass container with plastic lid you showed in the video should be fine if you don't fill it up all the way - you just don't want the food to touch the plastic whether it's liquid or not. Use an ice cube tray made of stainless steel or even a muffin/cupcake tray to freeze smaller quantities of whatever and pop the food in another container once it's frozen. Since I don't live in the UK anymore it's a bit hard for me to recommend specific stores apart from the likes of Ikea and Amazon. Hope this is of some help! (Re. Christmas presents - I started at the end of July and am almost finished - amazing feeling!)

I totally agree with you regarding telling the children. My mum tried to hide it from us, but in doing that, it worried my sister and I, as we could sense that something wasn't quite right. Once we knew what was wrong, we could process and deal with it, as your children will. xx

I had a scare two years ago but thankfully it was benign and removed, so I understand how you might be feeling. The waiting was actually the worst bit because you have a hundred scenarios going through your head without the facts. In the end it was the best outcome and that’s what I wish for you now. Sending you strength and positivity. And keeping you and your sweet family in my prayers. ❤

You can use freezer paper or parchment paper, but you'll have waste and have to throw them away. At least freezer bags, like ziploc or hefty you can wash and re-use like you can yogurt containers etc. Sending many hugs and love your way, will uplift you in my prayers

So sorry you have had a scare and to put it out of your mind is the best thing. I had a scare many years ago - not my breast, but its scary. Luckily i was fine and when you get the all clear, you will be fine. I live near the Black Mountain Smokery shop! Its lovely and their products are fab! X

I had to laugh when you were talking about walking into the clinic a prude and coming out having thrown caution to the wind! Ha. I remember that when having 4 babies. Started out oh so embarrassed and ended up baring all no problem. However, Sorry to tell you that the older you get - whilst you can let go of lots of ‘stuff’ - being a prude returns! Ha ha! Xxx Keep laughing.

Thank goodness Lakeland hasn't discontinued the washing up gloves!! I bought them some time ago on your recommendation and went to reorder the other day (I'm a size M) and they weren't in stock and they said they didn't know when they were coming back into stock, so hopefully the new ones will be back online before I need another pair!
With regards to covering food for the freezer - have you tried Beeswax Wraps? I try to use these wherever possible instead of cling film and even the silicone stretchy lids aren't good for us. The beeswax wraps can be used in the freezer, so you could use a glass container and cover it with a wrap like you would with a silicone/plastic lid or cling film. HTH x

Dear Charlie, lots of prayers and hugs coming your way. I wonder if, since you’ve just had Covid, these unusual cells might be a residue of the virus in some way and, when you get the all clear, will disappear? I had Covid last year &=developed unusually high blood pressure which settled eventually. The doctor didn’t rule out that it could have been as a result of the virus but wouldn’t commit to saying it was as they still just don’t know the virus well enough. Just a thought. Lots of love to you. Xxx

I've had the calcium deposits, too. I was called in to a breast clinic after a mammogram for an ultrasound and biopsy - and it was all fine. It's scary waiting, though, I know.

I think you are in a bit of shock which is totally normal. I had Calcium deposits too after my first mammogram and had a biopsy which was on the same day then the dreaded wait for results. Unfortunately they came back inconclusive so then had to have a vacuum assisted biopsy, another dreaded wait but came back all clear. I wish i had someone like you to refer to as i had never heard of this before and like you was very much out of sorts.
Wishing you strength and positive vibes 💓

I won’t say “don’t worry “ because I know that until you get the all clear you won’t be able to put it out of your mind. Don’t take on too much because you are under stress and your body needs to rest and heal.
