I'm so glad the point was made about not just being the a PM, but also having the knowledge and skills in that domain. For a while there were too many people pushing the "I got into tech with no tech knowledge or experience" to anyone that would listen. It translated to a bunch of PM's that knew absolutely nothing. Tech needs to start back gatekeeping. Too many people were claiming they were tech but really weren't.
1:10:05 this is a excellent point right here because I work in healthcare IT and ChatGPT is completely locked down and in order to use it you have to go through multiple layers of and there’s a certain layer of oversight as to what you can use it for. I run it on my personal computer to help help me clean up power shell, scripts and I don’t run it on any of my companies I work for laptop
