Crushed garlic - 1tsp (optional)
Coriander leaves -1/5 cups
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil/ghee - 2 to 3 tbsp

This is something I will surely try, Kabita ji. Thanks for sharing this simple and healthy patantha recipe. I have 2 requests:
1. If you can mention the total preparation time for every recipe you post.
2. Till what point in making a dish can we store something, stop and then when we finally want to eat, take the preserved stuff out and do the final cooking?
For example, in this parantha recipe, can I make the batter with atta overnight and make paranthas the next morning for breakfast? Will the wheat flour mixture become clumpy if stored in fridge?
Apologies for the long post but would be very grateful for your answers.
