Ingredients Liquid Dough Aloo Paratha Recipe
Boiled Potato - 4 pcs
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Coarse Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Carom Seeds / Ajwain - 1 tsp
Salt as per Taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Chopped Green Chilli - 3 pcs
Grated Ginger - 1 tsp
Grated Garlic - 1 tsp
Chopped Onion - 2 pcs
Chopped Coriander - 2 pcs
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Oil
Chutney:
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 tsp
Chopped Green Chilli - 1 tsp
Grated Ginger - 1 tsp
Tomato - 3 pcs
Salt as per Taste
