What rig do you use for that halibut
I used a light set up around 10lb test line, drop shot rig, size 1 or 2 octopus hook with a Berkeley gulp minnow.

Ballast Point Restaurant 110 N Marina Dr, Long Beach, CA 90803. between the bridge and this restaurant there is a open gate that leads you to the jetty.

A take shop in Seal Beach sells lots of loose plastic lures in different colors and sizes, they cost about a dollar each,I think it's called Big fish tackle or Norms bait and tackle.
