- My buddy Timmy The Machine getting harassed by a crazy Karen dock owner.
Thank you for watching my video !!! I super appreciate all the views, subs, comments, likes and shares.
This channel is mostly about making all sorts of fishing tackle; Jigs, Chatterbaits, Spinnerbaits, Plastic Baits. Airbrushing Crankbaits,....etc.
Besides bait making videos, I also make fishing videos, underwater videos, videos of the seminars I do, interviews and product reviews. Every now and then I will post a non-fishing related video like wine making videos
I’ve been making my own tackle for a long time now and I am always willing to share the knowledge. If you have any questions or just want to say hello, send me an email.... ThatGuySkimpy@Gmail.com

Had a guy do this in a tournament years ago really tore his ass up as I caught 3 nice bass under the dock when the game warden showed up he got a ticket for harassing us on public waters.
Hhhahahah that's awesome
And I would’ve been back the next day
It's ileagal to do that in all 50 states. Harassing anglers and hunters is a mistomeinor.
@@richardsmith8342 misdemeanor* my God dude
@@poison2790 really! why does a misspeelled {sic} word chap you backside so much.
The best thing to do with Karen's like this is to literally just pretend they aren't there. They have no right to tell you what to do so you have the right to not only ignore them but entirely pretend they don't even exist. It's also very satisfying to keep fishing the whole time while they are yelling at you and you don't even look in their direction lol
Yep. That infuriates them the most. Karens are bullies. They crave attention and validation. When you don’t give it to them, they lose it.
🤜🏽🤛🏽
What if Karen got in her boat and closely followed him around the lake while she's trying to fish... because that would be legal, but Oh, but that would be in appropriate.
@@banclaster8086 lol, i agree, and that's the truth these Same exact fisherman get pissed at wave runners and spot stealers, including me, that's why I just move on and not create problems. There is a ton of dock owners that don't mind. Maybe she has grand kids that play and catch the fish also.
@@Knotyourbusiness
Isn't anybody else impressed with his casts under the dock?
Very impressive!
As far as the looney tunes bird lady goes, I would just have found a new place to wrap up my fishing for the day, *every day* lol 😂
🤣
Man dock owners or even dock renters are crazy sometimes. Unless were throwing 3 oz sinkers at your 100 thousand dollar cigarette boat then chill out
Hahahahaha
I don't know that lake but where cabin is we have to apply for dock permit. In the agreement we affirm the dock is a privilege/ courtesy and the permit could be invalidated if the owner does anything to prevent public enjoyment. When rescinded it must be remove entirely at the owners expense. Then they would have to start the application process again. If that's available there somebody needs to teach her a lesson.
🤜🏽🤛🏽
I had 3 inflatables "hooked" by fisherman trying to fish under my dock over 2 months. Some cheap chain hung gave me lots of lures to give to friends that understand how to be a good fisherperson.
Yeah I get it. For me personally if there's inflatables or ropes or whatever I usually skip that dock
Should have reported her for littering.
I'd be calling the game warden. Fisherman harassment
💯
"My bird doesn't like men." Never would have guessed she was unmarried and the only living thing that'll keep her company is something she can cage up so it won't leave.
Hahahahahhaha
Dang!! The truth hurts. My mom always said I was to blunt! Ha ha ha Have a good one.
"It won't leave "i.e. "It CAN'T LEAVE " hahaha 😆 😂 🤣
👍🤣🤭
She probably doesn't like men either 😂
Apparently having a waterfront home can lead to acute mental illness.
😂
When they threaten to call the cops remind them that it is illegal now to harass fishermen.
🤜🏽🤛🏽
Should've just preemptively threatened to call the cops on that porker.
"If it's that big of a problem, go call the police. I'll be right here."
offer to call them for her. :-))
Take Care All
It's more illegal to harass the cops !!
Just remember, later he went home and chilled out with a beer or something. Meanwhile, she remained batshit crazy, angry, and aggressive for the rest of the day and every day thereafter. What a miserable life.
Sure. And he sat there all peaceful and contempt. While someone was was standing on the public sidewalk next to his porch, bouncing a basket ball on the side of his garage. - Aah, freedom, he thought to himself.
Think that would fly with this guy? Nope.
Whats wrong with just keeping a respectful distance to people and being a human being, listening to others conserns? It wouldnt have been too much of a hassle for him to move, but it seemed like a big thing to her. Just be nice
@@useitwice You might be right. Probably should have just left. She's obviously highly unstable and an emotional basket-case. No reason to taunt her. But in his defense, there's too much of this Karen behavior going on to just take the abuse constantly. Judgement call, I suppose. I would have left because she was disturbing my peace and I had a choice to be elsewhere.
Absolutely correct.
I'd bring all my friends and all their boats and fish there for hrs. 😂😂😂😂
can we just appreciate his casting skills
🤣
I was thinking the same thing 😂
Anyone can slingshot cast a rubber frog to skip under a dock.
Crazy Lady: "Do you hear my bird?"
Fisherman: "I do hear a lot of squawking. And I hear the bird too!"
Hahhahha
She's so hot! The hot chicks have strange ways of meeting people
I've never wanted to watch somebody catch one more in my life.
Facts
Ugh. Heartbreaking.
You nailed it :-)
Haha. My thoughts exactly.
I can't wait to see that jackass in the boat catch a beat down as well. That's going to be glorious.
I sincerely hope he fishes this spot as often as he possibly can.
Lol he fishes it a lot lol
@@ThatGuySkimpy Would be a shame if the location was given out and everyone around started fishing it lol
That's ridiculous for what
Imagine being that miserable that a man doing one the most peaceful sports on public property annoys you
Hahahahah I know right
I was thinking the same thing! I have come across a few like this, had one threaten to ‘blow a hole’ in my boat. I never understood what the big deal is.. I’m not casting ON to your dock, I’m certainly not leaving my lure on your dock, so why on earth does it bother you so much that my boat is 10’ away from your darn dock?? Lol it’s ridiculous and just proves some people love being miserable and actively seek new ways to make themselves as miserable as possible
Seems like he’s choosing that spot just to be annoying though.
@@melissaspake7727 it's because they think they own the water. They have a dock, and that means, in their mind, they own all the water around it. Entitled, narcissistic Karens.
@@bonjovirocks24 are you being serious? He was fishing around a dock. Yes if the old hag wouldn’t have came out and ran her mouth he prolly would have made a few casts then moved on down the bank. But after she comes out and acts like an ass, then yes I would’ve stayed there all day just to annoy her.
“and then the next day I come right back” classic 😂😂😂
🤣
I would be back fishing this spot every day, and to make even more fun I would tell all my fishing buddies what a great place it is for trophy size fish.
I need to create an app so fishermen can get the word out and fish the hell out of Karen's docks.
Hahahahaha that would be awesome
Get; "The Armed Fisherman" there also!
(She really cannot shut up can she?!)
Great Idea!
I was just thinking the same thing. Plan a day that multiple boats can surround her dock and act as if they are fishing.
Call it “Dock Blockers” 😂
Had this happen to me. A man started yelling at me to stay away from his dock. All I did was repeatedly say "What?". I got him to scream at me until he went hoarse. Then I laughed at him.
Lol nice
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I just act like I don't understand english, I just repeat "no comprende" that drives them nuts. A guy got so pissed at me one time he threw a lawn chair into the water🤣
I lived on the lake over 10 yrs when I was 30. I worked the local bar and had bands every weekend and worked crazy late night hours. Had beautiful place where people loved fishing apparently. I was a people person & enjoy people of all walks, but I had a psychotic dog that would sit in the bushes by the dock or over by the cove area and would act like he was gonna eat ya alive . It was just me and my baby girl so I loved him being so protective but it was sometimes hell beings he wouldn't stop barking until they would leave which early mornings was when I was just getting my sleep so it kept me awake at times but I never thought to act as foolish as this disturbed lady. I may have mumbled sometimes but more so at my dog than at those guys fishing.
@@mikem3875 I used to do that. sometimes people would say a response in spanish and I'd say sorry I don't speak English in English.lol
I bet they don't have permission to build that dock so long.
💯
Yes they have to get a permit it was approved
My friend had a small generator on his boat and it was connected to a water pump. He had people on there docks spraying him with water. So he turned on the generator and sprayed them back with a high pressure pump. They called the cops on him. The cops told the home owner that they did not own the water. They only owned the dock
😂😂😂
Lol good on him that’s the problem with these idiots they think they own everything
"And the next day I come right back!" Love it bud!! You handled yourself waaaaaay better than I ever could have
Lol
He absolutely did I would have went back at 2am and took a #2 on the dock
Depending on what state you live it...You just might not make it home....Tough guy !!
pat welch I wouldn’t base it on the state more the state of mind of the dock owner anyone can kill someone and to be frank in no state can you kill someone for shitting on their property and simply with how you worded your message you sound like the tough guy

In Mississippi, it's against the law to harass law abiding citizens participating in outdoor sports, hunters, anglers, etc, on public or private land. She could be charged in court for harassment... #SadStateWeAreIn #knowyourrights #standupforyourrights #presscharges 🍺🎣
Agreed. My buddy was just fishing not causing any kind of trouble.
Wish we had laws like that here. Unfortunately this happens alot out here 🤦🏽♂️
States that do not have hunting & fishing harassment laws, people have used Stalking & Harassment laws to successfully address this problem.
We do have laws like that here. What she did was illegal.
I don’t remember this happening in Mississippi. We still treat people good.
Can you imagine if she had come out and offered him a water or started a pleasant conversation with him? She could have made a friend.
💯💯💯💯
I can guarantee that she has
no friends .
She might have gotten "lucky" too! ;)
People would tell stories about her, she'd be remembered for something after she's gone. Now, instead, she will live forever on the internet as one negative caricature and nothing else. All the decades leading up to this. It's pretty damn sad, man.
All with one simple interaction.
Did you not see the video, HE would of made a friend ahah.
Most people would have chatted with the dude, asked if he’s caught anything, and gone away. But this particular subspecies of Karen is known for their aggression.
Absolutely! Grew up fishing with my Dad in S. Louisiana waters. First question when you see someone fishing anywhere is, “Catchin’ anything?” She’s a miserable human being.
It’s a hybrid…..Aquatic Karen bred and revered for their aggressive nature toward the boating public…. Scares the💩out of fisherman too!
“When u can show me the deed to the water I’ll go..” “I’ll look it up on Zillow 🤪” lmaooooo 😂😂😂
Lol
I had something similar here. I was there every time I fished that lake. She called the cops and the cops told her next time she calls they will arrest her for filing a false police report
And no matter where you go, there you are. 😆😅🤣
love when people act like they own the water, just cause you have a dock that doesnt mean you own the water around it
exactly
Love how people can't show etiquette, respect, and sportsmanship around other people's property. Just because you have a boat doesn't mean you own the water. Have you ever considered that these people may have had thieves use their docks as a means of entry/exit? Maybe try being polite. Offer your name, phone number, or show an ID. How about being a decent human and ask of it would be OK to fish there for a few minutes and move on. Y'all are being just as smug about fishing anywhere you want as they are about protecting their property. Put yourself on the other side instead of judging.
You can’t protect property you don’t own 😂
And the next day I come right back, with friends & more boats!
Greif.
I encountered a person like this while fishing with a friend one time. We talked about her to each other loudly enough that she could hear us, but never responded to her directly. Drove her absolutely insane. She made the obligatory threat to call the police, before her husband(I assume) came out to get her. I feel really bad for that man.
Lol
Should've asked her old man "if he knew she was like this when he married her"?Jesus Christ what a ....
Just take one good look at her and you will know why she’s so bitter and angry. Nobody’s chased her in years I feel sorry for the poor bird forced to love her.
Lol
The bird likely hates her. Open the cage & he’d be gone in a nanosecond.
The bird is yelling not because of him but because it needs to get away from her lmao
@@rayromano6249 Can't say as I blame it. It probably wants to bite her on the ass, but hasn't figured out the cage yet.
Perhaps the biggest mistake, in regard to a Crazy Karen on a dock, when you are on a boat...is to just not engage them in a conversation. Just because someone speaks to you, does not in all cases, obligate you to a response. Let the Crazy Karen be crazy. (Just a thought I had at the moment.)
Lol
A lot of people get uneasy and intimidated by silence. It is actually a good bargaining ploy but an even better tactic for somebody like this.
or just fish somewhere else
@@davidjones-vx9ju Whelp we found one of the Dock Nazis lol
She was obviously nuts and most likely is special needs.
Great casting skills keep up the good work

I got a dozen or so cards from my local CO. I keep them in my tacklebox. Having been harassed on several occasions...when they threaten to "call the cops", I tell them they need to call the DNR and offer them the card. I've had 3 take me up on the offer and all 3 got ticketed!
Good idea
In Britain, in the Middle Ages, an offence existed of being a Common Scold. This woman's behaviour fits the bill. The punishment could include being strapped in a ducking stool and dunked a few times.
There's much to learn from those days.
🤣
I like how chill the fisherman was the whole time and still respectful regardless of the person being annoying and toxic. Awesome video and keep up the great vids! -Bryce🎣💯
My buddy Tim is a pretty chill dude. But yeah its awesome how he stays chill even with the crazy lady
@@ThatGuySkimpy Death by kindness...
That's cus fishing is very relaxing and chill
His mistake is engaging her. I just say “if you have an issue just call the police”. I never respond to them after that. I am not going to react to their drama and personality disorder.
Yeah that's a good way to do it
Police have no idea what the laws are. DNR does tho and they have jurisdiction.
“…And personality disorder” lol I love that. And so true
Sooooo that's it?
You just took her crap.
Didn't call fish and have to report harassment?
Until she gets into trouble she will do this to ev1
💯
She's telling him to get a new hobby, when he is out enjoying a nice day on his boat and fishing, but she can't find anything better to do than harass a guy minding his own business! She's the one that needs a new hobby!
And I love her threat of sicking her man-hating bird on him....hahaha
🤜🏽🤛🏽
That's nasty!
"Karen" is probably a member of the HOA, and when she's not harassing other homeowners in her domain, she patrols the waters as well. It's too bad there aren't alligators in the lake, as there's always a chance Karen could feed THEM the exciting way!
I had one encounter while wading in the Indian river in Fl , I didn't even acknowledge his presence . He eventually went along his way
💯
Your buddys pitching and flipping game is on point! I despise karens. I own lake property and have made sure that my wife and family knows that who ever wants to can fish in front of our property. That being said, if me and the kids are on the bank and a boater runs right through our lines it becomes a different story. Just last week we had a couple kayakers pull up on my kids lines.
Amazes me that people believe they "own" the water around their dock. In some states, once you build a dock (which is regulated by the state), the dock is just like a driveway that crosses public easement. The property owner needs to learn what the laws are before pestering fishermen. This in itself is illegal. Harassing fishermen is illegal lady.
I know right.
How DARE YOU Dukee Wilson .........
............... for calling that PIG a LADY !
Apparently, on Michigan's inland lake's and streams, waterfront owners own the bottom lands and share the water with the public. I experienced this exact situation recently and admittedly, kept going back to fish the same person's dock just to antagonize them. I guess I was getting an adrenaline rush from the whole confrontation. The last time I went back to resume the show I was met by a sherriff's deputy who fined me for operating my boat within 100' of a private dock. I admit I was being an intrusive ass and should have let up a bit and fished elsewhere for awhile. I wasn't aware of the 100' rule and have fished people's docks for years as many others do. When I appeared in court to contest the fine, the judge kind of sided with me stating that some people can be overly sensitive about the space around their waterfront property. He did a good job educating me on riparian owners rights and that they do in fact own the ground that is below the water which gives them the right to install a dock or a mooring for a boat or raft. However, he did not let me off the hook. The fine was steep.
It’s a misdemeanor charge to harass any sportsman legal taking game by license. So to all my fishermen you’re in the right people need to leave us alone.
💯
Here's a person who lives on a lake and has everything. So she makes herself miserable. At least the guy took it well.
Facts
you make a good point and she is being a twunt, but I work around a lot of elderly people and she seems to be in emotional pain. maybe she's miserable because her husband died, because i doubt her overweight ass worked for that home. not trying to justify her behavior just trying to put a reason behind it.
Lmfao good job Tim on not giving her the pleasure of you leaving.
Haahhaa i know right
Best part is he caught the entire thing on camera, so when the police give her the angler harassment ticket, she won’t be able to do anything to fight it.
💯
I was watching this video and my heart started beating so fast. Omg 😱 I can’t imagine my self in a situation like that one. She is the Karen’s Karen 😡
Lol
There’s a public creek near a golf course near me. They recently put up “no parking” signs and there’s literally no other way to get to the creek. You can see the creek driving by on a golf cart, but no one was ever hurting anyone. I hardly have any areas to fish near me that I don’t have to pay to be at. I can’t stand Karens
He should of said "What? I can't tell the difference between you and the bird."
😂😂😂
Being that she owns the water, I wonder how she corrals and identifies her personal water when the tide changes. Maybe she's just stressed from constantly trying to identify those H2O molecules to determine which are hers.
I wouldn't have been so civil to that lady. But good job handling yourself respectfully.
💯
Great respect not mentioning the jetty wasn’t sinking under her weight.
I visited Kissimmee a few times and fished the lake by my friends house. One bass and then nothing but snapping turtles. Gave up on that.
My folks used to have a lake house adjacent to a boat launch and channel that accessed the main lake. Non-stop boat traffic, quite often, but the boat guys would also fish around our property quite often. Casting for bass, pike, walleye, what have you. If I didn't have anything else to do, I'd often go outside and ask them how things were going, or if they had a nice Pike or Musky on I'd go out and watch. Sometimes they'd get gear stuck on the shoreline, or our piers, and I'd always help them out with it if I was around. Usually crankbaits. But pretty much every time I'd engage an angler in conversation, they seemed real apprehensive, as if they assumed I was an MK just going out to give them guff about fishing around our property, which I never was. Sad how often folks who are just trying to fish and enjoy a public resource have to deal with obnoxious people on the bank. Even when somebody WAS in the wrong, somehow, I always kept my cool and didn't make an issue out of it. There's just no need at all for this kind of behavior, 99.9% of the time.
💪💪💪
YES, she had no right to harass you, but you give fishing a bad name arguing with her, it is large lake and I didn't see you catch anything. I would guess you do it just to get the video.
So standing up to your rights is arguing ??? She was in the wrong and got upset so that makes him the bad guy ? So if she lived on a gold course and yelled at the ones golfing the hole by her house they should just move on ??????
It is actually a really small lake, there are probably 30 docks on the whole thing, and her dock and one other are the ones that hold big fish
I had a Karen and his 4 year old daughter stand directly behind me when I was fly fishing. I reeled in and moved, so did this twit. He assured me he had as much right to stand where he wanted as I did. He then asked me my name and phone number so he could post a video showing of how disrespectful I was. I couldn't help but laugh at his stupidity.
Oh wow
Please, call the Fish & Wildlife on these people and get them ticketed.
So.. did you back-cast on his ass?
@@quadradomus and risk a lawsuit? I don't think so Tim.
@@chuckjohnson4048 the other guys comment was deleted. What was it? Something about telling you to commit violence on the guy because the guy is a wrong horrible idiot? No like the other commenter, call the game warden and they will be OVERJOYED to actually give that “Karen” an actual ticket and fine. Seriously they LOVE IT it’s probably the 3rd most favorite thing the wardens do after being in nature and protecting nature. That’s their first priorities. And then ticketing and fining anyone who gives law abiding hunters/fishers ANY type of crap, including a hand gesture or a one word insult like DUMMY. It’s still harassment and they LOVE putting the idiots in their place. Hunting and fishing is actually crucial to the balance of the ecosystem when some right.
It is illegal in all 50 States. This is the Texas Statute:
Harassment of Hunters, Trappers, or Anglers
Under the Sportsmen’s Rights Act (Parks and Wildlife Code, §62.0125), harassment of hunters, trappers, or anglers is punishable by a fine of $200 to $2,000 and/or 180 days in jail.
Make a clearly legible sign with the phone number of the local authorities. Make it readable from a distance, keep it in the boat. When they threaten to call the cops, hold up the sign. If your Karen gets this stupid, make a call to the cops and tell them that when they arrive you have video proof of the offense(s).
💯
I get both sides. My mom lived on a lake with a nice big dock. We all kept our toys docket there. I was the fisherman and the brothers had water toys. It pissed us all off to no end to walk on the dock and find hooks stuck in anything and everything. Seats ripped up, sun tops torn to shit hooks in the top deck.
I also get the fish the docks. Best place to catch them.
Unfortunately it is the 1% at both ends that screw it up for both ends.
It is best to just move on, because they are mad not at you personally but the last disrespectful ass that did do disrespectful things. Unfortunately you get the bad rap because you are the next person to come by.
When she got the hose out I would have got mine out and showed it to her!
Ever notice the angriest people are always Fat? Just saying.
Hahahahahhahaha.
Like Kramer said 'you know, for a fat person, you're not very jolly!'
It always cracks me up when people think they own water. Unless I'm standing in your yard, I'm not on your property.
Facts
In general riparian rights do say the land owner owns the lake or river bottom until meeting the property coming from the other side. So wading, dropping an anchor or putting down poles can be considered trespassing, but the water itself is public
I would have spent the entire time casting toward her dock and not saying a word to her and pretend doing sign language to her 😂
Yeah keep it up and you'll be at the wrong dock soon enough

You should have stayed there and kept her watering the Lake. The water bill she would have received would have been sky high!!
Ahhahahahaha
She was mega Karen, wow so sad for the fisherman and the bird lol
This is an example of Texas state law. The sam applies in most states to my knowledge:
Q: Can a marina operator or lakeside landowner keep boaters away from his docks?
A: Not on public water. If a lake is public water, the public has the right to boat the entire lake, and to fish from a boat (subject to regulation by government entities).31 A person who interferes with a lawful boater may be committing the crime of obstructing a waterway and/or harassment. Both are Class B misdemeanors.32 By the same token, a boater who unreasonably obstructs access to or from a dock or boat slip may be guilty of obstructing a waterway.
💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Ive noticed people like this have never experienced violence.

Theres no way i could be that nice. You should get your buddys and there boats and have a fishing tournament right there
Hahahahhaha let's do it
I was going to suggest the same thing - the first annual Karen's Dock fishing tournament. 😅
I'm sure Karen will wake up in the middle of the night and think of something to say that would have put you right in your place.
"The jerk store called...they're running out of you!"
Technically ,it is public waters, and fishermen have the right, but if youre bothering someone, just move to another area where it doesnt bother them......when these fishermen get older and retire , they will probably become the same way.....

Omg the audacity you have sir bothering this poor lady by quietly relaxing and fishing!!! I love when karens fall apart after a while of not getting their way. They always pop off some of the dumbest shit with lame insults and random blabber. Gotta love the ones who wear their crazy on their sleeve lol
Lol.
I would definitely check out the leagality of that dock and bridge and all the permits needed for it. Sorry im showing all the free time I have.
💯
Looks like you made a new friend. If you play your cards right, you could be smashing that and ''sitting on the dock of the bay'' with Karen.
Hahahahahhahahababa
Lol In our state she could have been fined. Using the hose to harass him is illegal as long as he was on public water. Hunters on public property or sometimes even their own property get this harassment too. One guy had a neighbor who would pull his truck up to the property line and blast noise every time he saw owner in his tree stand. LOL One night it wasn't the owner , It was the local game warden. The nut job found out he could be fined for harassment even if he never left his own property.
Lol
To bad he didn't have a water cannon
An idea for future Karen encounters. Is to inform them that because she has made it such a pleasurable experience your going to post this legal fishing sweet spot and recommend it to all your friends and viewers. They can fish and birdwatch also.
Lol

👏
CONGRATS to this guy who was super cool and had great yet respectful responses to this insane person 👍
Not sure i could of held my temper as this guy did. Not alot of patience for these hags, male or female
Myself, I would have never conversed with her in the first place and to avoid the drama, would have just moved on down.
True
This guy sounds like such a jolly chap. We need more people like him to make the world feel nicer.
Yeah, we should get in a boat and closely follow him around the lake while he's trying to fish.
@@banclaster8086 She came out and approached him, then followed him around. He was on public property. He did nothing wrong and was perfectly civil. She clearly harassed him and arrogantly laid claim to public property. The entitlement people like her (and you) is astounding.
NO. the problem is that these cunts have been bullying people their whole lives. It's time to make a stand. If you are within the laws give it to her 100%.
It would be better if Karen sinks his ship
@@paulw5039 still not cool. When these laws were made, clearly lawmakers were clueless as to how mentally deranged fishing clows are. Firecrackers, water hose, and the right to ship their ship
Oh my god....what a bag...she's just lonely and looking for conversation....lolol
Lol yeah
Shes got the mind of a child.
Lol
Props to your buddy for keeping his cool. Doubt I would have been as nice as he was...
Agreed. Its hard to keep calm in situations like that
It’s so much nicer to stay nice.
I enjoy confrontations like this, the best thing is to say nothing, just keep fishing.
A close friend of mine lived on a lake and after that experience, I would never live on a lake.
Lol yeah when you don't answer they get so upset
This has to be up north. This lady sounds a tad bit reeeetarded. Nobody owns the water unless your property surrounds it on all sides. And no fault to the guy fishing.
It is. Washington state lol
Harassment of hunters or fishers is a violation of the law in many states.
pretty sure it's every state, Scott.
@@testodude I hope so... but couldn't say so with certainty. Thanks!
That’s when you call all your buddies to get their boats and just fish this place non stop.
Brilliant
I’d go back just for the internet gold. 😅
It wasn't even like that. He went there a few days before and caught a bunch so he went back and brought to gopro
State I live in , if someone harasses or interferes with a person legally fishing / hunting can be charged with a misdemeanor.
Think the same here in WA
This happened to a buddy at a local lake on 4th if July. Well everybody at the beach swimming a few hundred yards down decided to swinm right outside their dock and party for the next two days. That lady was dying inside. There was like 80 poeple at one point
Oh wow lol
Sound like they need to get a life
You should go back with all our buddies with boats, fish her dock and film it = GOLD!
you were way nicer than i would have been! you should of called the police on her for throwing trash it the water!
True. Can't just throw stuff in water
Should tell her there are laws against harassing fishermen! She is actually breaking the law.
I have been harassed by lakeside home owners more than I can count ! Now I just call the cops and they come immediately ! I don’t call 911 I dial the office line see it’s not an emergency. So far every incident the home owner has been told that hey don’t own the water and if the are called back for harassing fishermen who are not damaging their property they will go to jail. However their are people in our sport that do damage homeowners property and leave hooks and lures on homeowners docks and boats ! They are the part of the reason we are getting harassed but there are are homeowners that have nothing better to do! Check your states sportsmen harassment laws, and if you have one make copies and keep in your boat to give homeowners harassing you and if they persist ignore them and call the non emergency phone number for that towns police 👮 when you do this the police keep a record of who has been harassing fisherman. So as long as where not damaging property fish them docks and swim platforms so you can catch ‘em right in front of them !
Good idea. Will have the number and laws handy !!!! Thanks
Couldn’t you call the game warden and show them the video? Seems she is breaking some laws? Love how you stay calm dealing with a nut. Susan
I think my buddy did call
Yes harassing hunters fishing etc is illegal but her spraying water in water would be somewhat grey area. If she started throwing rocks in the water or at him then yea she’d get a ticket.
