This video is incredible. A good example is interacting with neighbors. Oftentimes, some neighbors get a bad reputation based on their past actions. But through life, I have learned to appreciate all neighbors regardless. We do not know what people are going through and the best we can do is be kind and compassionate.
I learned that when your conciousness rises out above your childhood programming, you can realize that narcissists and empaths are actually the same. Both extremely afraid of accepting themselves and letting somebody else in. Different coping mechanisms. Life becomes beautiful when you see that the most daunting of narcissists is actually not that bad, they may actually want to slowly genuinwly enter your world. The most extreme codependent may actually chill out and self reflect. Both are more capable than we previously knew at following intuition, setting boundaries, self respect and a friendship may occur where one would never think possible. Abraham Hicks says "nobody is after you, nobody is out to get you, you can manifest whatever side of anybody you want." I've discovered the power of this. Stop placing your preconceived ideas on people, and you'll be amazed at what kind of support in life you actually have. The amazing partnerships, friendships and romantic partners you can find. As within, so without. As above, so below.
i think infjs, empaths, and introverts naturally do this (?) it almost feels automatic to most of them. Truly appreciate you and your work Sir. Humanity is blessed to have you ✨
Robert you are really a master in your field. You can be proud of that. I really do love your calm way of talking and explaining because you have a voice that one could listen to all day long since its so calm😃

I've never heard someone suggest such a strange yet thrilling approach! Mr. Greene always has original ideas. I'm excited to apply this as soon as possible. Thank you!
I do this without unconsciously untill this year but I couldn't aware of myself for a long time bcs of this and this is why the part of the knowing "They're something else in your world." is so important guys. At some degree, I wasn't aware of myslef instead of that I was feeling like im somebody else (particularly my partner.).
That practice of "making empathy real" is a way of cultivating/ strengthening empathy- becoming insightful and fluid. Appreciate the video and it reinforces my value of the practice.
One of the most draining thing to do.. entering a world of relentless toxic person.. interacting with them makes you want to end it and be gone forever..but well some people we have to deal with daily, or for some time.
Especially when it's your baby mama. I've been a toxic relationship for 4 years and I've tried to escape it. Me in some ways being a narcissist makes it easy for her to emotionally blackmail me In every argument.
I honestly couldn’t believe you were describing my repeating dream exactly! That large house with newly discovered rooms… but surely open to many interpretations
I wanted to share a tip on creating the inner landscape to help you with mastering this exercise. I’ve used chat gtp to help me come up with various ideas and details within my space symbolising emotions and events - I used the wildflower field and forrest as analogy as it’s a familiar place. Here is what I’ve come up with and hope this can be helpful to somebody : Entering the Wildflower Field (Joy and Anticipation): As you entered the mystical land, you found yourself in a vast field of wildflowers, each species painting the landscape with its unique colors and shapes. The brilliant summer sunshine warmed your skin, and the vibrant blooms reached toward the sky. Delicate butterflies flitted from flower to flower, adding to the enchantment of the scene. The field signified moments of pure joy and anticipation. Each wildflower species had its own story to tell. Bright sunflowers symbolized the warmth of joy, while lavender brought a sense of peace. The scent of roses filled the air, representing love and gratitude for the beauty of the world. You wandered through the field, feeling the soft earth beneath your feet, symbolizing the potential for new beginnings and growth. The Bright Clearing (Joy and Calm): Upon entering the forest, you found yourself in a bright and open clearing. Sunlight filtered through the towering trees, casting dappled shadows on the forest floor. In this serene space, wildflowers stretched their vibrant petals towards the sky. The scent of floral fragrance filled the air, and a gentle stream gurgled nearby, creating a soothing backdrop. This clearing represented a haven of pure joy and happiness. The colorful blossoms symbolized optimism and the anticipation of good things to come. Birds sang merrily from the treetops, their melodies reflecting the lightness of your heart. It was a place of inner calm and tranquility, where you could find solace and clarity amidst the chaos of life. Nesting birds filled the trees, their cheerful chirping adding to the symphony of nature. The presence of these delicate creatures symbolized the nurturing, protective, and caring aspects of your inner world. Just as a mother bird watches over her eggs, you, too, had the ability to protect and nurture the positive aspects of your life, fostering their growth and development. Amidst the Dark Thicket (Sadness and Fear): Leaving the bright clearing behind, you ventured deeper into the forest, where the path became more challenging. A dense thicket of trees surrounded you, their branches creating a canopy that blocked out the sunlight. Overcast skies hung low, and the howling of distant wolves echoed through the forest. This part of the forest symbolized moments of sadness, introspection, and fear. Uncertainty seemed to shroud your thoughts, and you navigated through the intricacies of your inner world, much like exploring the rings of ancient trees. The forest floor was marked with tree rings, each representing a year of growth. Some rings were dark, indicating difficult times, while others were lighter, signifying happier moments. The challenging terrain served as a metaphor for the times in your life when you faced sadness, introspection, and fear. Just as the trees had weathered countless storms and seasons, you, too, had endured and grown stronger through your life experiences. The howling of wolves reminded you that even in moments of darkness, there was a deep reservoir of strength and resilience within you, ready to guide you through the thicket. Beneath the Tall Trees (Peace and Gratitude): Emerging from the thicket, you entered a tranquil realm beneath the canopy of tall, ancient trees. The forest floor was bathed in the soft, silvery light of the moon, and the gentle sound of a flowing stream filled the air. The scent of pine and evergreens enveloped you, creating a sense of profound peace and gratitude. This part of the forest represented moments of inner peace and gratitude, where you found solace and appreciation for the beauty of life. The tall trees symbolized your enduring strength and resilience, their roots stretching deep into the earth. Just as the forest stood tall and steady through the ages, you, too, possessed the ability to weather life's storms and remain grounded. Here, you encountered wise owls nestled in the branches, their wise and knowing eyes watching over you. These creatures represented the wisdom you had gained throughout your life's journey. They reminded you that, in moments of stillness and reflection, you could tap into your inner wisdom and find guidance. Through the Challenging Terrain (Anger and Anxiety): Leaving the peaceful glade, you continued your journey through the forest, and the path became more challenging. Strong gusts of wind swept through the trees, causing branches to crack under pressure. The scent of campfire smoke hung in the air, and dense fog engulfed the forest, creating an eerie atmosphere. This part of the forest symbolized moments of anger, frustration, and anxiety. The turbulence in the trees mirrored the inner turmoil you sometimes experienced. The branches cracking under pressure represented the times when you felt pushed to your limits. The dense fog signified moments of confusion and uncertainty, where you had to navigate through the mysteries of your own mind. Amidst the challenges, you discovered a complex and vibrant ecosystem of insects, each playing a role in the forest's delicate balance. Insects symbolized the intricate and often overlooked aspects of your inner world. They reminded you that even in the midst of chaos, there was a beauty and purpose to be found. Into the Open Glade (Hope and Courage): Emerging from the challenging terrain, you entered an open glade, where strong gusts of wind transitioned to lush green grass. The scent of rich soil filled the air, and this place represented the courage to face challenges and embrace growth. Here, the winds had transformed into gentle breezes, symbolizing the lightness of hope and optimism. The lush grass represented your ability to adapt and grow, just as nature flourished in response to the changing seasons. The open glade was a place of hope and courage, where you could reflect on your journey and find the strength to face life's challenges with a sense of optimism. Hidden caves marked the landscape, waiting to be explored. They symbolized the uncharted territories of your inner world, inviting you to delve deeper into your thoughts and emotions, revealing hidden insights and treasures. Transition to the Dunes (Change and Exploration): As you ventured deeper into the open glade, the landscape began to change once more. The dense forest gradually gave way to rolling dunes. The soft sands beneath your feet symbolized the constant shifts and changes in your inner world. The dunes represented a period of transition and change in your life, and you navigated through the soft sands with determination and curiosity. The sun hung low in the sky, casting a warm, golden light over the dunes. This transition from the forest to the dunes symbolized your readiness to embrace change and explore the uncharted territories of your inner self. You can ask the chat to give you more details on each element of your landscape to build on. There’s more ideas regarding animals, types of trees, insects and mushrooms, changing seasons - happy to share here or invite you to explore for yourself to help you master your inner landscape x
