Jung has changed my life exploring his journey is his journals “The Black Books”. I think he will really come into his own this century in the Western World.
You have changed my outlook on life despite being me fourteen. I can now take a pause and analyze my thoughts and emotions and where it stems from. Because of you I can now see the world with such clarity although, it could be clearer I work on it consistently and do what I can.
Thank God you are 14 I wasted a lot of time fucking around just realise textbook knowledge does not apply to real world and this knowledge is wayy way more beneficial to you ..God bless❤❤❤❤
Thanks so much man, your compliments genuinely make me feel proud of myself. To the bottom of my heart. Have a wonderful day or night. I pray for kind souls like your self to live successful prosperous lives.@@8aryansaini188
Thank you sir for sharing the importance of the emotions and it is important to know how the emotion work and people like you are helping the people around the global. Thank you sir for your contribution.
My last therapist gave me a Q-Tip as a tangible symbol: Quit-Taking-It-Personal I try to remember that people are too stupid and lazy to put that much deliberate effort into annoying me.
Thanks for sharing your insights. I totally related to this! Oftentimes, I'd take a step back, and then self-diagnose the situation about my anger or emotions in general. At this point, Things usually would calm down. Then make a move to have a conversation with the person you were talking to. In the end, I sincerely apologize. I wondered, " Why do I react to the person I love that way? That is not the right or fair thing to do." or Where does the bloody tension come from?" In the latest scenario, I did a similar thing. I took a step back and no response. Don't wanna take the situation out of control. It worked fine!
This insight is crucial and provides a nice contrast with Stoicism. The Stoics emphasize that the only thing we are in control of is ourselves - our actions, beliefs, perception, reactions, ideas, etc. The wisdom here is that we have actually little control over ourselves. We can increase our sense of control, but it is nowhere absolute. But that little bit we can increase is enough to be happier.
Robert, I want to thank you for everything and I hope you can continue doing this excellent work and help more people, you saved my life, you were the life buoy that took the shipwrecked man to the beach. Thank you.
The idea that I don't know who I really am saves me from making choices that may impact my life in ways that what little I do know about myself would prefer not to happen. For example, sometimes people make me so angry that I feel emotionally moved to delete them, but then I ponder about how I've come this far without deleting anyone, and my conscious is clear. I don't identify as a deleter and have meditated my entire life thus far to enable myself to find other paths to resolve conflict. On the contrary, should I genuinely face an evil that can only be redeemed through hard knocks, I (at least imagine) am ready and willing to defend myself and those who need my support to the last essence of my being. But even still, that's what I think. Who knows, maybe deep down I'm a coward, but maybe I'm also crazy, or stupid, and will prevail not because of virtue, yet of luck/fate/personality. The idea itself is a superb way to reset the mind to a balanced state, if not at least a reflective state, which can turn down the volume of inner turmoil. Great video as usual Mister Greene.
"Who is controlling my memory?" Is a though I've had on the last month or so. Suddenly a memory will pop up from childhood, and I'll be so shocked at how clear it is. It fascinates me that all those memories sre locked away unable to be viewed until called upon. I wish I could walk around in there and see what my brain is hiding from me.
Interesting 🧐 Thank you 🙏 I agree we have triggers.. maybe from past traumas or its subconscious. Great advice.. don’t react . Sit in the sidelines. Then respond responsibly.
All great points! This is is a work in progress for me, but I am improving on this dynamic. I don't believe in perfection; I believe in improving myself to the best of my ability. Thank you, Mr. Greene!
Think before you speak. Think before you act. I have had to learn that some people sometimes say something that is less than complimentary, not necessarily ridicule, and that comment is something that I should NOT take personally. Why? Because that person doesn't really know me. Constructive criticism is MUCH different because it is feedback that can be useful in self-improvement. Unless it's coming from a person with a mental or emotional disorder like a narcissist or even worse a covert narcissist. Taking an honest look at yourself and making a positive/ negative list of character traits is great. As long as it's 100% honest, it gives self-appraisal value. However, it's subjective. It's great to get insight from people who have known you for quite a long time because those are the people who are likely to see things about a person that a person might not see in themselves. It's called the Jaharri window.
Absolutely loved that last part pertaining the impact covid has had on us. And, in addition, the current situations occurring in Ukraine and Hamas are also causing increasing levels of hopelessness and anxiety... Stay educated and prepared guys!

Thank you, Robert! Very, very good stuff -- and as heavy as it gets. The path that Robert is talking about is ages old, and, in not for the faint-hearted. If you are persistent, determined, and have a large dose of humility (understand that mostly you don't understand what the hell is going on...), recognizing that "you" are not your thoughts and emotions is a step that can lead to an inevitable question: "who am I, then?" Looking that one dead-on takes some large measure of courage, and pretty much without exception leads full force down the dangerous rabbit hole of fabrications and distortions we have created about the world (including ourselves). The benefits of all this are twofold: First, seeing the world as it is, not as your "self" paints it. Second, doing what is needed in the world. (and how to know what that is? Short and useless answer: you'll know when you see it. For me, increasingly, it appears to boil down to "fostering life", my own and all its other forms, and alleviating suffering.). (disclaimer: do as I say, not as I am... But, trying, and in better moments, feel a growing sense of acceptance and peace, and more and more see light and clarity ahead, behind, and around...)

Are we better off stepping back and be more observant of our thoughts, looking deeper into the 3rd dimensional universe of the realty around us instead of asking why, ask what brings us here? About the negative energy is questionable by the type of food we consume that regulates the gut biohm that set our frequency in every cell in our body, and the people around us?
Hi robert i hope you are in a good heath, i am one of your lovers and followers, i will be gratful to you if you can talk about how to quit smoking thank you
Giving up smoking is about the right motivation. If you have that you will do it. If you really want to give it up you will. If you don’t give it up, it’s because you don’t want to give up enough. Give yourself enough reasons to quit and less reasons to continue doing it.
This reminds me of a quote from Carl Jung, "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you'll call it fate".
This comment 💯
