I don't know how she keeps from passing out during all that working out if that is truly her diet. But I don't really like the use of the word privileged here.
When I was a single mum working long hours and had a long commute there was no time for working out each day after I cooked healthy meals, shopped for them, did laundry, packed lunches, and got enough sleep. On the weekends we had a lot of outdoor time and on the odd night I'd have energy left for a workout video. I couldn't prioritize working out over work, grocery shopping, cooking, parenting, etc.
Are you a nutritionist, or you are just here to criticize? Even if you are a nutritionist, the several handful of nuts daily adds up to lots of calories. She is on TV so it is basically one of her job is to look good on camera and probably this is why she exercising 7 days a week. What do you know about her metabolism, or her genetics to be judgmental? I'm not a fun of Kelly but basically you are bullying her. Stop this nonsense.
Laura, I think you are on the wrong soapbox. Sounds healthy to me. I also work out 7 days a week and am not “privileged” in any way. Why is her diet such a hot button for so many? Celebrities are people just trying to live their lives.
wow you are negative negative 😂😂😂.... clearly what works for her works for her.. clearly, she looks amazing... she did have carbs.... my mom actually eats very similar... she is 70 and looks like she is 50 something..... she enjoyed eating those stuff so give the girl a break... people don't even think that I am in my 40s... I eat very similar to what my mom eats.... leave the chick alone 😅. find someone to mope and complain about 😅.... if this is basically what you talked about pretty much negative, count me out ❤❤❤❤❤.... what you should be doing is talking about the people that are eating fast foods, I have no idea about the blue zones and know their lifestyles of longevity, looking younger than average ppl 😉😉 hmmm... etccccccccccc ❤️ geezzzzz
Its not a lot of food. Agree. Although if she is taking a handful of nuts here and there, that is some calories. It is a very NUTTY diet...pun intended:+) Almond butter (nuts), salad with nuts, snacking on nuts etc. Nuts are her protein. I try to do the common sense diet...just avoid things that are harmful and try and get some variety. I do organic only, gluten free here in States due to GMO's, no seed oils and sugar free. I sometimes eat out at a gluten free place where I don't think it's organic or sugar free...but that isn't often. Everyone needs to learn and apply a diet that works for them:+) God bless~
I’m getting eating disorder vibes.

Rather than call exercising 7 days a week privileged, let's call it what it is, a choice to prioritize working out over something else
Exactly. I didn't see the point of that comment.

To each their own. Why does her eating choices even bother you?
She is very healthy. End of.

Yes this lady is making fun of Kelly
What does privilege have to do with working out 7 days a week or not eating junk?? Anyone can work out every day and eat an apple an 2 salads.
Hi! I'm Kelly and I am so thin you can't see me if I turn sideways. Aren't I gorgeous? Anorexic.

What a critical, petty woman Laura Ghiacy is.
