But I just saw a video that said she lost a lot of weight 5 years ago through diet but not exercise and she cured an autoimmune disease and is off all medicine. So did she put all the weight back on over 5 years but now lost it through the gummies
Treatment by medication for some illnesses tend to get your body out of whack. In my personal experience, since I've been sick since 2017, I've lost 35 pounds and have been unable to gain my weight back. Since I'm only 5'1 you can imagine that I look like skin and bones. Some people are the opposite, they gain weight and unless taken off the medication due to improvement on their illness. Maybe this is the case with her. It's true, walking is the best exercise. My car was a total loss after an accident 18 months ago and I chose not to replace it. I walk everywhere and get nothing delivered. I'm down 55 lbs. Good for her!!
Congratulations. Walking truly works. I lost 15 lbs in three months by walking between 3-5 miles three times a week. It helped me mentally, just by listening to the birds, cars, conversations as I walked by others walking. Even a nod to someone that was out walking.

I don't think so. She doesn't have the signs, other than the weight loss. Guaranteed the frequent sauna sessions had somethings to do with it. The stuff we eat is so toxic... Although, the size Kelly was, she may have gotten diabetes & be on the medication for legit reasons. You just don't know.

Losing a bad partner is life changing just like Losing a good one. My friend lost 27kg super fast just from drinking water and walking around with breakfast starting her day. She definitely has lost a lot of weight. She looks great. She is one of the best singers there is. Man, what a voice. Very genuine and very pretty. Personally, the only thing I wish is that she wore better clothes. I don't think the way she dresses does anything for her. Even after losing all this weight , she still wears the same style. I'm not saying she needs to be revealing ,or wear tight attire, that's not who she is. But maybe it's just me. I don't like her clothing style at all.

Is it such a big deal how she lost it? How could you 100% possibly know it was ozempic? I lost 30 pounds in 3 months from cutting sugar, fried foods, and exercising regularly. Ozempic isn't always the case.
