- Kelly Clarkson is getting real about what prompted her weight loss journey. On Monday's episode of "The Kelly Clarkson Show” she got honest about her health while talking to guest Kevin James. "Well, I was told I was pre-diabetic. That's literally what happened… and well, I wasn't shocked. I was a tiny bit overweight," she said. "But I wasn't shocked by it. They were like, 'You’re pre-diabetic. You're right on the borderline.' And I was like, 'But I'm not there yet,'" she added. "And then I waited two years and then I was like OK, I'll do something about it."

Diabetes is no joke. She was right to address it. I have no problem with adults using weight loss medication.

Actually, I just read an article where Kelly says she did it by cutting high calorie foods, cutting out soda, goodies, etc. She said no ozempic. 🤷♀️

In the 6 weeks I took ozempic shots. I only lost less than 10 pounds of water weight and that was with me skipping meals and fasting. It wasn’t dramatic enough for me.
You should look into Chromium supplements… talk to you doctor and see if they are suitable for you. I was 180+ and in about a week I lost 10 pounds. I know a lot of people say losing weight fast is not good but I really needed that push to not crave sugar. It also affected my appetite which again I needed help with.
Edit: I want to add that I also took Magnesium in the AM, 2 chromium w/ avocado supplements in the afternoon, and Vitamin B50 in the PM. I suffered from fatigue, which is why I took magnesium and vitamin B. Felt overall a lot better. Chromium is only meant to be short term as well. Just so you know!
