I have been watching a lot of the old games. I always thought Barry was better but going back and rewatching I think Emmitt is the greatest running back of all time. He is the total package and fought for every inch. As he gets tackled he is gaining 1 to 3 yards.

And if he would of had an O- line like emmit he would of been off the chart.And he retired in his prime when he could of broke that record first! He gave that to emmit because he didn't care about it,He knew it was important to emmit.
Why do these guys never give credit to Alvin Harper? He was a deep threat and was a huge part of the success of this high powered offense. Aikman could just throw it up in the air to the 7'4 high jumper!
