    Great vid…I’ve got a limited time available to me in the gym so showing me how to use technique to get the most out of basically the same movements in the same time is awesome .

      @@vanessatrewick7756 That’s the idea, I think a lot of people just move the weight from A to B but don’t think of what muscles are working but to be honest that’s also fine I guess, just depends on their goals
