Did you put the sensor to the battery? I don't think it works properly if its not attached to it. This is how it normally works with rectifiers etc when you need to use temp sensor
My gel filled, AGM car battery requires at least 14.5a to properly charge. Either this or I’m gonna have to source a diode + capacitor in my fuse box to allow my Volvo’s alternator to resuscitate the damn batt.
Thank you for the information,♥️♥️ brother. I have this charger, but I am upset with it. It did not charge me any direct battery. It moves to step 4 after an hour, step 7 and then the charging is complete. But without any result, does the dsulfator feature work or is it just a fake charger?➡️📌➡️📌➡️
1) The Power Lamp if this is flashing then the Charger has entered the energy save mode - if this happens it means the charger HAS not been connected to a Battery ! 2) Stage 1 Is DESULPHATION - which detects sulphate in any battery - The unit will send PULSING currents and Voltage which will remove sulphate from the lead acid battery - restoring the battery capacity ! NOTE: Only use AGM program on a AGM Battery - never charge a AGM Battery on any normal charger - if you do it will kill it read - what type of battery you have first Then select AGM via the button switch OR Normal battery charge state for a Normal Battery AGM Batteries - are very different to Normal Car Batteries ! also - keep all Car Batteries either fully charged - using one of these - or regular use of your car The car's Modern SMART Alternator - is very smart indeed at conditioning a battery as long as it has distance to do it - ie NOT short journeys Happy Days !
Light 6 = RECONDITION MODE Yes it will light up if your AGM Battery is in need of reconditioning note: If light 6 is on then it will put a recond charge in of 15.8V / 1.8A max for around anything from 2hrs to 6hrs depending on how large / amp-age your battery might be - ie: 900Amp cracking remember a CTEK battey charger is so smart - its a case of plug in attach the leads and leave it to do its magic We have seen a very old CTEK charger of 10 years old & still performing its magic ! - Its that good also note Light 7 is Float Charge = on AGM type 13.6V / 5A over a 10 day period Light 8 is Pulse = Charge cycle restarts ONLY if Voltage drops while attached for long periods @ 12.7V to 14.7V / 5 to 2.5Amps .
Most unreliable battery charger I have ever owned. I have had 2 of them now and will never buy again. They work great the first time and then refuse to work. I took the first one back and had it replaced and it had the same problem.

The 'Supply' mode is if you just want to use the charger as a constant 12V output supply, up to 10A.

Your battery might be bad..
What is an "AMG battery"

got 2 uses out of mine then stopped working absolute piece of junk
It’s s***e really. Chinese one is 4-5 times cheaper with 17A vs 10A with this one.
