The allegro moderato tempi of the first and third movements are 'unsluggish,' which is rare and musically significant, as neither movement benefits from being performed heavy or overly sentimental. The Finale is clearly a hyper-excited rage dance. Meanwhile, the lyrical themes of the first and third movements breathe with sumptuous elegance. These kinds of sharp contrasts perfectly align with the Romantic paradigm of the 19th century. Kudos, Mademoiselle Lubbadová!

One of my favorite concertos. Sitting and listening on a cold winter afternoon in Michigan (USA), Nora brings the beauty of Grieg's Norway in winter to us all. But with incredible warmth and JOY! Thank you, young lady and orchestra for a wonderful performance. A new favorite!

Zdravím ctitele vážné hudby pana Höschla a souhlasím s ním. Dychtím po tom, sledovat mladé lidi, kteří mají tu úžasnou kombinaci talentu (genetiky), náročného tréninku důležitých dovedností a pak kousek štěstí v tom, že jim život přináší příležitosti.

Estoy comenzando a escuchar Grieg que no lo tenía en consideración. Estoy impresionado por la prestancia y soltura que brinda esta bella joven checa en su interpretación.
