Would be great to see some videos featuring the mechanics and the time from riders finishing to starting again what the bikes are going through, prep around electronics (There must be a big box of charging cables somewhere!) etc
This is so cool! Wow, a food truck makes so much sense, I've never thought about it on this level before. I only raced college and it was mostly peanut butter And Jelly. Is that the same Devil? Like there was a Devil in 2003 when I was there, is it like Santa? or this dude has kept it going all these years? Thanks for all the inside scoops!
Awesome! Teams have definitely evolved I remember reading about Greg LeMond hating the hotel food during the Tour in the late 80's pasta, steak and cheeses. He would organize a taco nights with his wife Kathy which all the French riders and staff would love!
for the sourdough, you have to fermented without the cinamon, the cinamon is anti-bacterian. put the cinamon the morning for better fermentation if the goal is to activate the "phytase" . Best regards from a baker 😉
I wonder how Owen manages to get all this stuff on the road. I once got rainbow carrots but they are really hard to come by here. Q/A with him would be great.

Chef Owen is holding it down!!!
Keep these videos coming. Love EF team since the EF goes alt racing series. Good vibe and riders with great personalities.
The chefs are the unsung heros. You can't perform at your best if you're not fueled properly!
Great explanation by Tom! I learn something new every day

Who’s the veggie on the team? Great job with the videos, guys. Keep em coming, looking forward to every one of it.

Vero, in my prayers for recovery, health and future racing! Vancouver, WA
Love it. Thank you for the tip for the pancake crep pan. It's nice to see such great food and the companionship of the team.
Is the chef a twin of Mark Cavendish? Great content, keep it coming!
So it‘s not only my brain that always thinks „What‘s Cav doing in the kitchen?“
So nice to see this, Compliments to the Chef!🎉 he looks like Cavi😊

Lovely!
I'd love to see some more in-depth stuff about the menus and preparation. But this was a great taster
Wow! That's some good menu!
Chef Owen is the man. I love his Instagram.
Nice!! Great Chef!! 👍
Love that you cater well for the veggie rider. If a rider was a vegan would that be a problem (Are there any vegan pro riders?)?
I believe Simon Geschke from Cofidis is vegan.
Gordon Ramsey, please sponsor this chef, his whisk is working overtime with all these omelettes he has to make 😅

More food like this in the UK 🇬🇧 👍
0:55 the size of that rice mound, for BREAKFAST!
Wonder of he knows how to make Gallo Pinto for Andrey Amador 😂
Where is Lachlan Morton? The chef is the unrewarded hero❤
Anyone know who is the vegetarian?
who is the vegetarian on the team?
My man
@@EFProCycling that's badass.
Is it me, or is the "this is Race TV" intro section a massive rip-off of the "From...[insert place]...welcome to the GCN Show". Cringe
The current obsession with tattoos by men and women is ridiculous. He may be a good cook, but the tattoos are juvenile.
so that was all you noticed on this very interesting video...
@@lynne2398 yes, pretty much. Tattoos are today’s obsession and juvenile.
Fresh sourdough daily. No wonder the riders are always smiling.
