Good friend of mine made a Zwift race days ago and he pushed 350w for 2h. Why you think they are doping directly? Sure, I also think that the Top cyclists are full with stuff, but the „average“??? Iam average and very disciplined in training. When I would be disciplined in nutrition and my job would be cycling I think that a FTP of 400 is possible. My good friend has a FTP of 400, but I think he has the genetics for cycling! People are saying that Wout has a FTP of nearly 470w. That is speculation, but when my friend has 400, the gap isn’t that big. You know what I mean? It’s their job to cycle and to dope isn’t that easy because of the biological pass. There are ways, but also a very big risk as an UCI Pro Cyclist. We will always have the discussion in cycling because of the old era, but why the hell nobody is talking about doping in the NBA, NHL, Soccer Leagues or bodybuilding?
What should I say great editing, sense of videography and creativity, stunning athlete and preety good cook 🙌🏻 damn you are an talent gifted man - wish you all the best and love to see more impressions
“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9 NIV ROMANS 10:9-11 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. I’m a collegiate cyclist. So far from pro, but your lifestyle is so inspiring. I love your passion for exercise, videography, and cooking. Great video! You motivate me to train hard and pick up new skills.
@@JitinMisra Yeah! We’ve got a cycling team at our college. We compete in criteriums and road races against colleges in neighboring states. The cycling scene is definitely underdeveloped here, but we love the sport!
As I leaned out of the car and yelled “onya Harry!” yesterday, I could tell you were thinking hmm did I know that guy 🤨 nope! just a big fan from WA! Great to see you riding the local roads and looking forward to seeing you in the big races again in 2023 👊 loving these vids too mate 👌
Good roads for riding. ADL is boosting right now for training weather. If you want to keep it as natural as possible just stick with the ripe bananas and sugar water. Sucrose aka table sugar is ph neutral, cheap as chips and doesnt go off. Also enhanced glycogen partitioning better than any other fuel source. Next video: How to eat like a GT winner.
Oh my goodness that was amazing. I can’t decide which to try first. LOVE the combination of nutrition for cycling/sport with actual proper cooking. Awesome.
Hi Harry, I am getting more into cooking and like your healthy alternatives, would you be able to post your recipes so that I can try them myself it would be great. Love the passion you have for cooking.
Fantastic video! It would be great if your could share the recipes for the asian egg noodles, and the sweet potato gnocchi, "normal" fresh pasta from earlier videos:)
That Steak recipe is worth the try. I'll take that combination instead of the typical Uh-Meric-Uh'n version of mash potatoes and a few string beans accompanying a steak the size of a Volkswagen.
You mention an easy ride with 300W to keep over an hour or so, where is that in your zone/power range? Zone 2 I imagine? Love the recipes, looks delicious, not only focused on nutrition!
Love the content Harry! If you don't have one already, you should think about getting a microplane. It makes zesting fruit, grating ginger and micing garlic way easier (easier cleanup too, compared to a grater)

dang what a series of hits brother super super excellent videos!!! can you do one of what you train in the gym? saludos desde Guatemala Central America
hey nice video! I like the style, altough i would see if can get better products to eat. Its not quantity but quality what is important. Organic food is important!!! get going!
Hey Harry, really good material you're creating here! Keep up the good work! Quick question: do you ride all by yourself or is there a backup car/motorbike? Never quite seen one in the drone shots and got me wondering.
okay half way through the video and already commenting: outstanding job with shooting and editing, is the drone footage controlled remotely or in follow mode? Also really inspiring, I'll give that breakfast def. a go. Awesome insights, I can feel your passion for cooking and you seem to be a great guy! If you ever visit Southern Bavaria (we got some nice scenery for cycling) I'd love to go on a ride with you! Cheers from the bavarian alps!
After hundreds of requests to do this, here's the second edition of what I eat in a day.
Enjoy!
awesome content - keep em comin'
thanks!
@HarrySweeny98 how much salmon do you eat a week and size per meal (eg 250g). I try to eat it twice a week
Harry says: “1.5hrs @ 300 watts…” Harry also said “because today was pretty easy, I didn’t do any intensity…” 😅 You pros are something else!! 🙇🏻♀️
But Harry didn’t say anything about how to dope as a pro cyclist.

@Wikato zwift is bolleaux, nobody outside the pros has a 400 FTP
@@gwhite7011 not true lol. plenty of huge 80 kg+ guys who can push 5 w/kg while not being even at conti pro level overall
Love having Harry boy cooking in my kitchen!!!! ❤
I find these videos so relaxing to watch. The scenery and the cooking are so calming. The filming is fantastic too
Glad you like it 🤝

I just finished eating, was proper stuffed and after watching you vid, I’m salivating and hungry again. Those recipes look awesome!
Watching this in freezing cold England! Brilliant watch the recipes look great mate
Cool behind the scenes and surprised that your meals are very flavourful and legit. Not boring chicken and broccoli.

Envy your food and training ! way to go, Harry!
