Yes! Loving this Harry! Would love an episode on meal-prep / "in the fridge"-essentials such as pre-made focaccia dough, salsas and what else you often keep in your fridge to get good foods in with a packed schedule.
Thanks Harry & Jacob for giving the people what we need 👏👍👌. After a weekend on the BVRT in glorious SEQld winter weather this has inspired us to cook more healthy meals! Can’t wait for ep 2!
In before this becomes the internet's no. 1 pro cyclist cooking show! Please do an easy (like super duper easy) recipe every once in a while for us kitchen dumb-dumbs.
love it! big thanks for another awesome video! i've been really impressed with your cooking skills. In my mind a pro rider doesn't cook much while you, since I saw a first video of yours back in your Lotto days, cook so good, healthy and with such a variety. pretty sure you won't be without a job, hehe!
Heyo Harry, absolutely loving this content! Being a big chef and junior cyclist myself, I’d love a vid with the things you make yourself to eat on the bike-gels get a bit pricey for me and I know you have some good recipes for us
Super impressed by this. Can’t wait for the book. Can you do some batch cooking like brekkies or some5ing to eat before the morning ride at 5 am. Ps. I’ve worked in many kitchens and you are good at this as well as cycling 😊
Love the videos, mate ( especially a day in the life) if your looking for some ideas , then homemade rice cakes for on the bike, or maybe like a simple wholesome stew that is easy to prep and let simmer , to have after a ride,, deffo gonna make the garlic and oil spread , p.s look forward to you vids , this channel is one of my favs , keep up the great content ❤
Phoaaaaww! Looks yum. Love your "other talent" mate. Look, as much I love your food, it takes a lot of time to make.... Mate, I barely get time to get my workout done and brekkie in before i have to sit down at my desk to start my day job.
Nice video, loved it. As a tip: Could you add the quantity to the ingredient list in the description? Maybe for 4 Persons or whatever works best for you. So one could use the video description directly as a shopping list. Looking forward to the next episodes 😍
I've seen your other vids already. You appear to be one (or maybe 3) Michelin starred cyclist. Your health from this good nutrition must be through the roof, not a gel in sight, and I reckon they messed up not sending you to the Tour. Bettiol, Powless and Ed Healey are excellent and all (not disrespecting them), but share out the wisdom here, and you'd all be shining on Race TV. EF Education do appear to be a tier above Lotto Destiny this season so you probably jumped the right direction, and one day your celebrity time will come on the road....a few years prior to you opening the restaurant of course.
Love the video Harry! Watched it with my wife who's not a cyclist and she enjoyed it too. My only comment is what in the world is Jacob filming this on, a 10 year old iPhone?
Would dearly love to claim that I taught my ‘Harry Boy’ everything he knows about cooking but unfortunately that would be a big fat lie!!! The good news is that I’m coming back to stay with you in Andorrà in a week and looking forward to private lessons and great food! Xx 🥗🌯🍷
@@HarrySweeny98 but honestly, I think we’d all like to see what you eat in a day. Don’t go out of your way to make food you wouldn’t normally eat just for a video.
@@ammanuelroberts5965 Seeing how he already had garlic confit and the chutney pre made, I'd assume he eats that fairly often. The leg of lamb with 1996 reserva.... not so sure about that haha
*THIS* is the series I've been waiting for.
hell yea
Giving the people what they want
Me too
“Hell yeah finally an easy quick to make dish!”
Cuts to Harry’s shopping list being the length of the Tourmalet 😂
😂 More quick dishes then?
@@HarrySweeny98 nah mate im just joking! You do you! Those meals look absolutey delicious haha

Harry doesn't even have to be on a bike to make incredible content. Chapeau mate, thanks for the healthy inspiration!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Amazing video series!! You are a really good cook!
That all looks so good! I hope you keep mixing in some vegan-friendly recipes (like the garlic chickpeas and the quinoa squash salad)

Love the lamb dish, reminds me of Kleftico which is my go to meal for guests. How's about some fish dishes?

Harry you missed your calling! You should have been a Professional Chef!! But you should NEVER roast your NUTZ!!! haha!!
Top quality content!
Great series and recipes but can I ask just out of curiosity do you or does your team ask you to track cals, macros?
Jesus, Sweeny delivers again. r/peloton going to lose its collective mind
🙏
Wetherspoons is the base line for British food 😊
Gotta give that chutney a try. Thanks boss
100% recommend
I will add balsamic vinegar to my grocery list. I notice you used alot of onions. My go to is pickled red onions.
Good start!
ITS COMING HOME 🗣️🗣️🗣️🇦🇺🇦🇺🦘🦘🦘
Everything looks great, but baking soda and baking powder are not the same. You can interchange them in a recipe, but not at a 1:1 ratio.
The fact that you can cook In a white shirt without staining it is really impressive

where do you order the greek olive oil, and do they ship to the states?
Love you ❤
More red meat dishes.
Hugs from Brazil 👊.
Yes I do 😊😊
It’s like Andy and Babe, but Jacob is Babe 😂😂
any particular type of vinegar for the tomato (red or white wine vinegar) & was that a leg or shoulder of lamb?
Either vinegar will work, i used an apple vinegar in this video
yes
Would love some vegetarian recipes!
Doing my best
Weatherspoons! hahahahaha
Can you replace this confi garlic with something else for someone who has garlicfobia ?:) Any other paste of some sort?
🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
pro chef harry sweeny
anyone know what type of vinegar Harry has chosen here?
Cooking? Yeah looks fine. The hat, yeah fine too. But did you see that view from the balcony!?
It’s a beaut
🎉
Gordon Ramsey will subscribe soon
Hope so 🙏
I am surprised how little carbs you eat
was that olive oil in the dough as well?
and is the pan dry to cook the dough?
Cuando te retires del ciclismo te gustaría ser chef de algún equipo world tour?
where's the relish? ;)
Where did you learn how to cook mate?
Self taught actually!
I thought you were drying loads of piadinas on the roof
😂
The oatly plug literally 2 seconds in...
So much oil man! Recipe for weight gain! 😂

An Aussie bashing British cuisine??? Really??? Pie and sauce anyone?!
Cuisine is a bit of a stretch
Grilled chicken with rice and broccoli. very basic, I know. But my rice and chicken always comes out super dry. Not sure why.
Not big on the chicken and broccoli but I might be able to put a twist on it for you
