Hey so me and my gf got the unlimited alcohol package. What exactly do you tell or show the bartender that you have the package ? Do you get a certain wristband?
We've cruised Nowegian since 2013. Finished a 2 week cruise in October. Norwegian has gone downhill. Entertainment has been cut 50% including the pool deck. They used to have much more live music. Boring! The buffet now closes early at 9:30. If u see a late show getting food at the buffet isn't an option. There is one 24 hr restaurant, O'Sheehans. Small menu and no great quality. The filet mignon in all the specialty restaurants has been replaced by a cheaper, less juicy, cut of meat. I left my half eaten on 2 occasions. Food is not as it used to be. There's nothing "luxurious." They're becoming the Wal-Mart of cruise lines. They're not shy about charging you top dollar for a so-so experience. I took time and called Norwegian's headquarters in Miami to express my concerns. The manager listened and said she would try to find a way to make our cruise in May '24 better. But unless the overhaul what they're doing, it will be our last cruise with Norwegian. I haven't listed everything they've fallen short on, but it's all significant. On the bright side, the employees on the ship are always great.
This sucks to hear , I been cursing with carnival (4 cruises) I wanted to give NCL a shot . I really like to go for the entertainment if you say they cut the entertainment down I’m having second thoughts. I was looking to book for middle March 2024 . I just don’t want to take the chance and be disappointed, I work hard for my $. Thank you for the input.

Are the pools and waterslides heated? Thinking about doing a transatlantic from Lisbon to Miami in early Oct but the outside temps are 50-60 F

Yeah I went to the basketball court three times on our trip and it's free to use and go in as you please.
