Just got back from a cruise on the Firenze and this by far was the worst ship I’ve ever been on from the anytime dinner table not being ready by 30 minutes even though the hub app said it was then my wife ordered a glass of water at a show and the glass was dirty and then we went to bingo and the screen showed the numbers highlighted before they were called so it looked like it was rigged then we went eat breakfast another day and I had to repeatedly ask the waiter for coffee and he would never come back then in the casino you have to be prepared to get ripped off I could go on and on but it would just take to long

Anyone sailed from Vancouver or San Diego to South Pacific on Zaandam? Any comments would be appreciated . Much thanks.

Breakfast too early, no space to relax without noise.... and so on..

NCL has lost their greedy minds when it comes to the shore excursions they offer...you can book most of the excursions yourself, including transportation, for less then half what NCL charges...I understand getting a "cut of the action" but they have gone full on insanity...we booked, what will be our last NCL cruise, 2 years ago...coming up in May of 2025...they officially priced themselves out of our market.

We jst finished a South Pacific cruise on The Sapphire. The cruise staff (Arrrmando, Victoria, Adrinna, Javiem Nerando) made the cruise great! It is the cruise staff that make or break a cruise. The Boat IS old but in great shape. The Captain was in charge like I have never seen. We had a slight problem with :gastro" issues and he was on top of it. Cut it down right away. Princess Cruises is the best. Stop raising prises and concentrate on quality Jan Swartz always did. The cruise staff makes all the difference in the world.
