fixed my door problem very easily. ( Door was stuck open and would not close on its own ) With the door open, I unplugged the machine. I then found the small safety switch and sprayed it with electronic contact cleaner, while pushing the switch several times. Let it dry for a minute and plugged it back in....works normally now.
I experienced problem #1, to fix it I cleaned all 6 sensors. I initially thought there were only 4 however there are 2 more hidden on either side of the rake that I had to reach into with a q-tip to clean. If you watch the video that shows the sensors being replaced from the control panel side with the 4 buttons and power input the hidden sensor is to the right of the motor. So one sensor by the handle, one sensor for the scoop/rake which can be seen to the right of the motor in the video "How to Replace the Infrared Sensing Module" , and one behind the motor itself. And again id assume there are 3 more in the same positions on the other side.
Our sensors are clean and the take still will not engage. Customer service has not replied to our email. We are not satisfied with this product. It also arrived with a defective and damaged rake. We have not heard back about that issue either. I do not recommend this product.

Where is the door switch?
have you found it? it's a tiny dot that is on the left side of the rim above the entrance. if you see it in a mirror, it's a black dot
