But they also made a mistake witht theire v2 ps5 verison that was fixed on a earlier controller. They reintroduced a horrible deadzones on the stick. Theire where alot of negative revieuws of the earlier model that they fixed it. and then just because the development team was to lazy to update the software. the reintroduced the deadzone problems on the new wolverine v2.
And it took month for them to somewhat improve it again.

YES the first thing i noticed is they moved the two menu buttons to where I can actually reach them comfortably. have NO IDEA how they thought putting those two buttons way up on the upper-sides was a good idea its like no one actually tested the controller. Oh wow they improved my favorite controller (v2 Chroma) in EVERY way it looks like. Wireless too!? yes i'm a wolverine simp but this thing looks great. Yes $200 is a lot but compare it to other $200 controllers. those are NOT hall effect usually, they are NOT wireless, and they often do not have these nicer buttons.

honestly I think the flydigi Vader 4 pro is a better deal. It's only 80 bucks, has all the same features as this controller, and has adjustable tension on the joysticks which is nice. You can make them as light or as weighty as you want. Some people don't like the placement of the back buttons since 2 of them are slightly more centered like the ones on the razer v2 while the other 2 are on the grips but it's not that bad once you get used to it. I'd rather just extend my middle finger slightly to hit the other back button than have it right over top of the other one and risk accidentally pressing the wrong button. I think it's the best bang for the buck that you can find right now. The wireless dongle is also very snappy with good range. I was testing it out from all the way on the other side of my room and it responded to the button inputs instantaneously.

With so many controllers, I'm hoping you can give me some advice. I'm looking for a wireless controller that can quickly switch between Xbox and PC. Given how a lot of these 3rd party ones come with their own dongle, it seems that the only realistic way to switch the device is to unplug the dongle from one device and plug it into the next. Manually switching dongles is a dealbreaker, as it's quite a hassle to go around the TV furniture where my devices' USB slots reside and tinker back there.
The official Xbox Series X can indeed switch with just a tap of the button, but this only works if the other connection is Bluetooth. This is very inconvenient, because the wireless dongle for Windows can't be used, but the dongle is the one that provides the most reliable connection rather than the bluetooth. The other issue is that the D-pad is way too noisy and clicky for my tastes.

@@caleasthetic Yeah man so that's what I'm hoping for here. I'm just going off of how they look so far and since the buttons are now on the grip I see potential for issues. But I hope they end up like the controllers you mentioned that are able to resist accidental button presses. You may have better hand discipline than me though because I may tense my grip in certain situations as a reflex so if my finger is resting on a button or a paddle from the elite controllers I'll probably actuate it. I personally think the better solution is to put them in an easy to reach spot near the grip, but maybe not right under where your hand would naturally hold. I loved my v2 chroma so I hope this one works well despite how it looks to me.
