Healthy❤️ In India we prepare these pancakes with fermented rice and lentils , called Uttapams . A kind of Gluten free version. What do you call them in your language ?

Your Indian dish sounds really good. I made this pancake idea up, it’s not a Thai dish. I just call it veggie pancake :)

The pancake was delicious! I had a little trouble in the beginning because the pancake did not solidify. I realized that my sourdough is with rye flour and That must have caused the trouble. So with an addition of corm flour and one egg, sorry not vegan, it worked out pretty well. I will make another starter with wheat or spelt and will keep you posted about the results.
