    2007 was such a successful season for the Browns. Derek Anderson making it to the Pro Bowl, plus they had Jamal Lewis, Jurevicious, Kellen Winslow, Cribbs, Edwards you name it. They accomplished that year and they did it.

      The Rams-Chiefs game recently was a blast, but I do hope as a fan that the shootouts do not increase. I think low-scoring games are generally more fun.

      Those mid 2000s browns were actually pretty good, Jamal Lewis, Who was later replaced by Peyton Hillis, Derek Anderson, Braylon Edwards, and last but not least Joshua take it to the cribbs.

      He was exceptional that year. It was Arguably the best season for a Browns QB since they returned in 1999. I just wish he was able to build off that success though.

    Derek Anderson’s coming out party. He had a great season that year. Beat our Ravens twice as I recall. Nonetheless, they were a fun team to watch that season.

    Just like last year... losing by a touchdown in a game we had a chance to win. We may have scored more points back then, but the losses were still as hard to swallow.

    I am not in the slightest, a Browns fan, but I was sad that this team went 10-6 and missed the playoffs. Nobody was beating New England that year in the AFC, but I think they could have made noise. It's always a shame when 10-6 doesn't get you in.

    Back during this season, the fantasy league I was in let you make waiver claims DURING the game. I grabbed Anderson to back up Brady once I saw him start ballin. 😂😂 So much fun that year.

    BTW I love that this channel isn't afraid to use the term "shootout". Unlike those who do broadcasts of NCAA FB and have turned the Red River Shootout into the Red River Showdown....How lame.

      Yup. Another team must've had either the same record with better stats, or a better record, which kicked the Browns out of the 2nd wild card spot.

      In Week 17 the as usual Colts rested their starters against Tennessee, and Tennessee won. Cleveland needed Tennessee to lose to get in.

      If they hadn't rested Peyton Manning and the starters, Tennessee would've been spanked and missed the playoffs. Cleveland would've snuck in and played the Chargers in the wild card.

    jamal lewis and chad johnson got hall of fame numbers but doubt they’ll ever get in, especially chad. but jamal lewis has a ring and a 2000 yard season and over 10k yards

      Chad will be in. He had 6 pro bowls and led his conference in receiving yards four straight seasons and led the league in 2006.

Chad had the numbers and he made numerous fabulous catches every season. His numbers say he deserves to be in and personally watching him gives me conviction that he deserves to be in.

      As a diehard Cleveland sports fan, both the new and the old ones are great, but the older ones have a classy look, I hope the new ones in 2020 are a mix of both

    Man there were some names on that Browns O. Anderson, Lewis, Vickers, Edwards, Winslow and Cribbs were all like 85+ OVR on Madden. And that’s only the specialists.

    The funny thing is that this isn’t even the highest scoring browns bengals game in a 4 year span. The bengals won a 58-48 game like three years earlier.

    Hi NFL, how come you guys pretend the NFL started sometime around 1990? I look and I see nothing from the 40s, 50s, 60s or even 70s.....I would love to watch some old games like the when the Giants (your Giants, not MLB) still played at the Polo Gounds, the Eagles at Shibe Park and Steelers at Forbes Field. You should embrace your history as the MLB does with theirs, not hide it

      Ronnie B it’s not hidden a lot of the footage sucks in quality. NFL Films has great quality film of that old stuff. But this channel is for TV broadcast highlights, and most (but not all) of those suck prior to 1990

      Pro football was a backwater sport in the US until the 1958 NFL championship changed everything. Even then it took a while for it to catch up to baseball. The MLB was the marquee league of the 30s-40s-50s which explains why they have a much richer archive. I don’t think anyone at that time expected football to take off as it did, so there wasn’t as much urgency to get good footage of it.

You are saying ONLY the Bengals could lose like this. Really? Last I checked, shoot-outs happen quite frequently, and the Bengals are not the only team that loses in them. Kansas City lost two shoot-outs this year (Patriots and Rams games), so I am not sure how only the Bengals can do it.
