As a kid this game gave me my dream come true; become a mutant with powers and fight alongside the X-men
I completely forgot about this game until I looked it up, god it's so much nostalgia, also you couldn't be more right
Somebody needs to do a X-man game with a similar setup playing as a newly awakened mutant learning to master their powers and making a choice between the X-men and the Brotherhood.

I loved this game as a kid, would play all three abilities over and over. It's great being able to watch it again. Please do a run of the other abilities too
This game had so much potential.
It was mostly Silicon Knights fault for using Epic Games Unreal Engine 3.
Silicon Knights was crazy to Sue Epic Games over their own Game Engine.
Not only did Silicon Knights lost their Lawsuit but Epic Games counter sued for using their Game Engine.
I miss my childhood playing this game I grew up way too fast
Gonna be honest here. This game walked so InFamous and Prototype could run.
I agree that they're in the same genre and have similar feels, but InFamous and Prototype released in 2009, X-Men: Destiny released in 2011.

This game was easily one of my favorites on the PS3, but unfortunately mine doesn't really work now
I remember seeing this game on the shelves back when i was a kid. Always meant to play it but never got around to it. Ended up playing the ever living Hell out of Prototype though.
Last i checked though, Density Control wouldn't mean rocks forming over the body, that'd be more along the line of geokinesis i think. DC would be body hardening to be like adamantium or softening to the point you pass through solid objects

This was around the Utopia era of the X-men comics. Jean was dead again, Betsy was on the Exiles team between dimensions, Jubilee was decimated and, like Cable, was a part of the post 90's shame. They were both downplayed as characters for awhile.
This is also waaay before Insomniac ever got to work with Marvel, not even a remotely fair comparison.
