The 19-year-old bodybuilder, Anton Ratushnyi, has just broken Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s 57-year-long record of youngest bodybuilder to win an “ifbb pro card.”
The young man earned the Classic Physique “pro card” by winning the Npc National Championships held at the Irving Convention Center in Irving, Texas.
Schwarzenegger won the Mr. Universe competition in 1967, when he was only 20 years old, earning him his pro card.
Ratushnyi is five-feet and eleven-inches tall. He weighs 245 pounds.
He gained his physique with the help of rigorous training schedules and nutrition plans. It took him four years just to go from being a normal teenager to a professional bodybuilder.
