Superb lesson, and easily understood as usual! However my brain will forget it again so will be re-watching of course. 8 minutes well worth spent - mille mercis Dylane 🙏🏼
Merci beaucoup Martin 🥰
Tu sais que j'attendais cette leçon avec impatience ! Merci d'avoir fait cette vidéo et dissipé la confusion que j'avais sur la différence entre ces verbes ! Il n'y a pas d'autre professeur de français comme toi ! Merci! ❤
Merci beaucoup Leland 🤩
Mille mercis Dylane! You are the BEST! 🙌🌻
Merci Kesia 🥰
I love how you always give true life example sentences, it makes the concepts so much easier to understand 👍 Merci Beaucoup Dylane ❤
Thank you! 😃
Hi Dylane... Thnx again for a wonderful video... Could you pls explain the difference between rejoindre and se joindre? As rejoindre is also used to return and join a person or a group and se joindre is also joining a person or group and both are one way only.. Hope I am able to explain my query..
Merci Dylane...I really enjoyed this vide and you set it up so well. Very precise and lots of examples. I think I've got it now. Did the test and got 8/10 so always room for improvement!
Thanks again...love your work😘
8/10 is amazing Laura! Bravo 👏
Great examples. Clear explanations.
Merci :)
Very helpful lesson, Dylane, and you explain it very clearly! I really don't understand why there are different verbs for each case, as it seems like it would be understood in context. But... that's French! ❤Thank you!!
"that's French!" this is a perfect summary 😄 Merci beaucoup Kurt :D
Mille mercis Dylane pour cette leçon très utile ❤️🙏🏻 pls tell me which one should be used when I have to talk about me joining any online meeting?
I would say Joindre :)
@@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane ok merci beaucoup pour votre réponse 😊❤️
C'était super merci beaucoup.
Merci Jean-Claude :)
C'est très clair, merci.🙂
Merci Bryan :)
Merci!! Excellent.
Merci à toi :)
C'etais super!
Mercy Joseph :)
Merci Dylane.
Je t'en prie :)
merci
C'était une bonne leçon, merci beaucoup ! Quand je vois un verbe commencer avec "ré", je pense à "again" en anglais. Par exemple, rejoindre est "join again". Même chose avec remercie, etc. Cette vidéo m'aide beaucoup.
C'est vrai pour beaucoup de verbes Cory :)
Dear Dylane, would you consider doing a lesson on S'EN PIRER please?
I add it to my list :)
One million likes from india 🇮🇳 for your lessons 🙏
Merci
Merci beaucoup madame 🌹🌹
Merci à toi :)

Merci, c'est très utile. Vous êtes travailleuse.
J'essaye :)

Si pour la réunion/rendez-vous, on utilise "se rejoindre"?
tres bien video
Merci :)
Merci bcp pour cette explication si claire! Les verbes réfléchis sont compliqué pour nous anglophone. Mais importants!
Même pour certains francophones tu sais :D
😊
Bjr Dylane, super leçon ! Donc "On va rejoindre nos amis en Espagne" et "On va se joindre à nos amis en Espagne" ont le même sense ? Merci !
Oui, mais le deuxième est plus formel :)
Dylane, a 'Perfect French' lesson as usual! Thank you! 🙂
A question please, if one were writing instead of speaking in the 3rd person singular, how would the sentence change? Let's say, Nous etions en retard donc nous avons décidé de ... (se rejoindre ?) directement au magasin. Now, the subject would be Nous, or We, in the first person plural. Would we then write 'nous rejoindre" as in the pevious example?
Thank you so much!
-Dan 🙂
Great question Dan! If the reflexive verb is infinitive, but the subject is NOUS, then the reflexive pronoun changes to nous as well. Same for VOUS and all the other subject pronouns :)
@@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane Thank you! 🙂
Parfait.
Merci :)
Vous avez expliqué ces verbes clairement. Peut-être nous nous rejoindrons un jour à New York City.
Qui sait, seul l'avenir nous le dira :D
If I wanted to say "I'll meet you at the store tomorrow" as in both of us are going to the store, how would you say that? thanks :)
On se retrouvera au magasin demain, je te retrouverai au magasin demain. Both work :)
Can I also use se retrouver for se rejoindre? Are they the same?
Yes they are synonyms :)
@@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane ... And recontrer? What are the distinctions between all of these "meeting" words?
Madame,is there "Il nous reste une journée à passer".
Why not Nous restons?
Please explain to me!
Because nous is a pronoun, it has nothing to do in the conjugation :)
Bonjour! Avez vous pensé en une queue-de-cheval (coiffure) pour melanger fashion and teaching? 😄🔥🤭, Mercy pour la bonne explication
I don't see how my appearance will add to my lessons. If you want another hairstyle, you have hair too .
@@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane sorry, just a sort of a joke, maybe the diference the cultures made it sound bad
Ce groupe de verbes me pose toujours des problemes! Merci pour les explications!
Mais..... je me joins à une association ou je rejoins une association??
Je rejoins :)
J'ai rejoint le club Dylane de langue.
Très bonne utilisation :)
First to comment ❤❤❤❤❤❤😢
Merci Malik :)
Merci. De bons exemples, mais je trouve étrange que " joindre " soit le seul des quatre à ne pas faire référence à des personnes.
Les exceptions du français ;)
why is it "je vais me joindre à eux" and not "je vais me leur joindre"?
Se joindre is one of the verbs that don't takes an indirect object pronoun :)
With all due respect, I think I’m in love, vous etes tres belle.
"joindre" is just for things but "rejoindre" is for people two??
Correct :)
