Dylane, you are Belgian, aren't you? I'm currently on a trip there. I'm staying in Brussels and went on a day trip to Bruges today. Both are wonderful. Bruges is so picturesque and the Grand Place in Brussels is really beautiful and ornate.
Hi Dylane. Thank you for the video. s'ennuyer de has another meaning: miss. Il s'ennuie de sa femme. He misses his wife. The first meaning of s'ennuyer is get bored of. The two meanings seem confusing each other.
Thank you for this video. I have been confused by several of these synonyms. Regarding une vitre and une fenétre, your example of breaking the window pane got me to think that if he broke just the window pane, one would use une vitre; but if the pane and support structure was affected, one would use une fenétre. Correct, or are they actually both synonyms for window panes?
Great video, as I previously thought Car and Parce Que were the other way around. So I have been overly formal with my friends but thankfully I haven't needed to write any formal french letters or emails lol.
Hi Dylane, learning French on my own, love your videos. I have also purchased all your books, thank you! Would you be kind enough to do a book on French slang? Difficult to understand spoken French, so much slang is used!
Thank you so much for this video! Very helpful. One question I have is: Are classe and cours synonyms? I've encountered both and I can't figure the difference between, for example, un classe de biologie and un cours de biologie. Thanks!
Les mots suivants sont-ils aussi synonymes? bienque & quoique (although) ; aussitôt que, dès que, tant que (as soon as) ; aussi bien que, ainsi que (as well as) ; toutefois, cependant, néanmoins (however, neverthless) ; à moins que, sans que (unless) ; alors que, tandis que, pendant que (while) ?
Thanks to your videos a got 300 outs 9f 400 in French instead of my usual 69 out of 400 ( actually I mean the marks a 60 pita 80) the mark I got last time is 13 out a 80 so I took the opportunity to make this joke) ( I'm sorry for saying 69) ( well my mom is proud I can say for sure I could maybe have a future in language

Technically we should differentiate them but we don't. In your example, I would use either or :)
