My pronunciation of the French R is getting better
I still have problems with the rhythm of French speaking, which is one of the reasons I like your speaking practice. This video also made me more aware of pronouncing the French words "en" and "on". Thank you for not only these videos, but all the work you do.
Thank you 😍
J'aime la culture française. C'est pourquoi j'apprends le français. Merci pour votre aide.
I just discovered the "Speak French with me" videos. I love them for many reasons. I know it is too much work (you are already overworked) but I would do one every day. Thank you for this. Leslie : )

Merci beaucoup Dylane, The best part is listening to you and repeating the words groups. I have to pause the video and listen to the word groups several times to hear the correct sound. This helps with my pronunciation. J'apprécie vos efforts. Merci. G
Wonderful!
Nice.
Merci :)
Thank you so much, Dylane!! Please keep doing this type of lesson. Very helpful!
I will Angel :)
@@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane This series helps with it a lot, but I wanna ask, do you have a video of you looking at a paragraph and kind of breaking down >how to tell< where to raise your voice, where to pause, where to change tone/intonation, etc? I stuggle with that. I am able to follow your paragraphs well, but I sometimes don't know the proper way to say another paragraph when I'm reading 😥
You’re the best!🎉
No you are ❤️
Superbe !!!! Merci Beacoup !!! Aussi vous avez l’air très bien😀😀

Je suis tellement impressionné de mon progrès, j'ai compris tout sans regarder le texte la première fois. Vous êtes la meilleure professeur madame Dylane.
Bravo Joesph 🤩 Tu as changé ton nom d'utilisateur ?
@The perfect French with Dylane oui, je l'ai changé parce que je m'appelle Joseph. JDC, it's just the abbreviation of my name and last name.

Hello, Dylane! Just want to compliment your channel and especially "French speaking practice" , thats really cool and useful thing , and I think there are not many videos like that here, on RUclips. Thanks)
I am so glad you like them Natalie! I try to post one a month (ish) so I will be back for more :D
Thank you so much for your videos that you make for the learners and beginners like me.
Such videos are the need of hour because they help a lot in improving French reading as well as speaking skills. I think reading in a proper way the french sentences is a hard challenge for the beginners like me and your videos especially help a lot in this connection.
Keep sharing such videos dear respected madam.
I will :)
C'est très utile. Merci beaucoup Dylane ❤. À mercredi prochain :)

"qu'il n'y a qu'un seul arrêt ..." Why"il n'y a qu'un " if there is one stop? The lesson is very helpful. Merci beaucoup.
There is only one - Only is NE ... que | Seul - one ;)
Do you plan to make a guided relaxation video series? Your voice is so relaxing. To learn from you is always a fun. Merci.
Probably not but lots of people say that they use my French video as background noise :D
Thank you very much for the lessons
I tried with other but there pronounceation.was not clear.

These videos are so helpful--even for advanced students! I do them while on my treadmill. I asked ChatGPT to rewrite your text in a C1 level so I can practice both. Could you do your opening remarks in French? That would be even better.
Susan that's awesome! Working out and learning at the same time, I am impressed!
Unfortunately, this channel is based in English but I have a French-speaking channel if you want. It's called French chit-chat with Dylane :)
Thank you so much mam from 🇮🇳 india for your great efforts..
It's my pleasure
It was a very good story.....and great for a challenge because i was baffled at the de deux heures sentence😅
Glad you enjoyed it ;)
Bonjour Dylane! C'est très utile. Il y a un liaison entre deux et heures? Et merci beaucoup!
oui :)
Please do you have a video on alphabet in French
I do. Check my pronunciation playlist on my page, it’s the first video :)
Hi Dylane,
Great video👍. I love listening to your voice. Could you please explain why you pronounced ‘plus’ as ‘plu’ and not ‘pluS’ in the sentence: “Le voyage va durer un peu plus de deux heures”.
It’s a positive sentence and ‘plus’ is not followed by an adjective but by ‘de’. So I thought the ‘s’ should be pronounced as it is in: “un peu pluS de deux jours d'école”.
Merci d'avance.💙
I could have said it or not in this case :)
It's just that I thought there might be a special rule because I saw in the comments to an old video your saying that when ‘plus de’ is used in reference to numerical quantity, pluS becomes plu. The example given was: “C’est possible de suivre plus(plu) de 20 heures de cours per semaine”. Is this correct or have I misread things?@@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane
Je said comment ça roule, mais jaime toujours commencer dé le commencement 😅
Bonjour madame. J'aime beaucoup vous vidéo. J'aime vous aussi ❤.
Vous êtes très belle.( Could you please give me feedback if my french writing is good or not) Looking forward to see your more videos .
Hi! I have one question: I've learned that with "un peu pluS de" we have to pronounce the S since it's Plus de + un Nom? Normally if we say "plus de" without pronounce S doesnt mean it's "no more"? Im, a bit confused. Thank you for replying
Thank you for the lesson. However, I want to ask what technique to use as a English speaker thats learning french. Do I translate first to English first?, Do I just read and translate? Do i speak the English in my head first and then translate to French? What do you think ma?
It really depends on how you learn better. What works for me might not work for you but from experience, everyone translates at the beginning ;)
@@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane thank you. I'll take that into consideration
Are all your lessons live, online?
Do you mean in my workshop?
@@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane
Yes.
But why did you negate at 5:25 when you are saying "there is only one stop"? I could not get it. Thanks
Only = ne ... que in French it's a negation :)
Madame, j'ai une question pour vous. Dans le phrase: "Je crois qu'il n'y a qu'un seul arrêt entre ici et Paris" pourquoi on utilse "ne...que" et "seul"? Both mean "only", right? So why is it used twice?
Seul in this case translates to ONE :)
@@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane Merci beaucoup Madame !
So, ' il n'y a qu'un seul arrêt' means there is only one stop. But isn't the use of 'n' in il n'y denotes negative?
ne ... que is the negative :)
@@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane then shouldn't it be " there is not only one stop"?
Lol...where did the word 'train' disappear to?? lol (1:15)
It didn't. I just checked and I am confused 🧐
Why does "arrives" have an "s" in "on est arrives"? Isn't "on" singular?
On is conjugated like a singular but in this case it represents a plural. SO I added an S, it could also be ÉES if feminine :)
I don't understand qu'il n'y a qu'un
what is the first qu and what for is the second qu ? Thank you.
the first one means that, the second one is part of the negation ne que
Merci, toi video etre trés bonnee pour debutant, j'admet ici. lol
Pas de quoi :)
Good story but I really could not keep up during the read and say with you ....
That's ok, next time :)
