This whole past week I have been learning about these "dangerous liaisons" from five different channels. I have imbibed a lot and now understood that the real charm of french language is these liaisons pronunciations. After learning and practice speaking simultaneously, I am feeling very confident that one day I shall speak like Jodie Foster...that's my aim!

That's a very well explained lesson dylane. One question concerning the liason connection, this obviously applies to written french as well for phonetic reasons also where the added on letter that is carried over, can it be left there as part of the written word in a letter or email to give the sentence a more of a grammatical structure phonetically and grammatically in a written sense of the word, or just leave it out dylane. ? Can I ask you about quiz question 4: car ils en ont envie, why didn't you count R of car followed by i of ils to be also a liaison? And question 5: moins une why isn't there s+u ?

The former two take the *l'* article, and the latter two the *le* article. Does this affect the liason in any way?

If H is a silent H, acting as a vowel, then we add a liaison. Not with H aspiré :)

i'm probably forgetting which liaisons are forbidden, but why, on the last two questions, does "ont envie" and "moins une" not use the liaison?
